My bridesmaids surprised me with a makeup session at this store so I went in unprepared and had no idea how I wanted my makeup. After showing the beautiful Chloe a couple ideas of styles I like she was able to do such an amazing job! I was so so happy with my makeup I got so many compliments all day and night. I’ve been to a few places where they put on fake lashes and it actually hurts for some reason but not on this occasion! Chloe was so gentle, kind and attentive to detail, and it seems the other staff are the same too. I’ll definitely be booking my makeup appointments here in the future

Great service. I had my makeup done by Chloe and she was amazing. Chloe made me feel very comfortable, she listened to what I wanted, took her time in doing my makeup and gave me great advice in different makeup products. I Definitely will be getting my makeup done here again. Thank you Chloe, my makeup lasted nicely all night.

I had an amazing experience with the girls Laura & Joelle! I was after makeup but they were booked out but they said come in on a Saturday morning & we will apply lashes even though they don’t usually do that on weekends! They were so friendly & even put concealer under my eyes because I was so tired as I have a little baby & he kept me up all night the night before. Would definitely recommend going there so friendly & professional!

Jo is a fantastic superstar and she is a brilliant makeup artist. Connects well with customers and is friendly and a wonderfully gifted woman.

Eryn was AMAZING. The best make up artist I’ve had. She was so friendly, she did EXACTLY what I wanted, and my make up lasted all night. I’ll defintiely be back next time we are in Vic (we were over for a wedding). You’re a legend Eryn!

Make up was great!

However - Friday night only one girl working. She was running behind schedule (ok it happens) BUT she had to stop each time someone came to buy something or book an appointment or answer the phone. It was rather frustrating and very rushed in the end as next client was there waiting and I couldn’t get any assistance with choosing products to redeem.

Would not recommend

What a horrible experience! Angela was non helpful, rude and an utter shame to such beautiful make up. Don’t want to work there? Then find a new job Angela!
