Napoleon Perdis Greensborough Plza

This was by far the worse Napolean experience I've had. My friend and I booked an appointment 3-4 weeks before hand and once we arrived for our apt we were told that the system didn't actually have both our names booked in (even though I had received a confirmation call 4 days prior). As a result, the woman who did my makeup literally rushed my face due to her having "other clients" to do also. It took her less than half an hour to "finish" my face that was not blended correctly and did not blend in with my actual skin tone and I was not happy with it at all. Really wasn't worth spending over $100 and I will definitely not be going back! Super disappointing.

My experience at napoleon was very disappointing, the lady who did my makeup was named Stacy. It took her 20 minutes for her to actually get to me because she was serving somebody. If you know you have a booking you should have two staff members on so one can serve and one can do makeup. Throughout her applying makeup she was asking me if the foundation was the correct colour. If your a makeup artist you should not be asking me if the foundation matches my face, you should be able to judge. By the end it literally took her an hour and 15 to apply the makeup, which was appalling, when I told her I had a certain amount of time before I had to leave. When I looked at it in the mirror it was patchy and she missed the bridge between my eyebrows with foundation. I will never be going back again, worst experience.

My experiences at this Napoleon has been very disappointing, the so called 'manager', a girl named Zena's customer service was appalling she has quite rude to myself and my friends on a number of occasions. I had my individual eyelashes done by her and she rushed through within 5 minutes. They were all clumped together and fell out within 24 hours.on other occasions i have called to make appointments and this same girl has been blunt and rude telling me there is no appointments available when i have gone in, she is leaning up against the wall doing nothing.
I think Napoleon should be looking at who they hiring to manage there stores a bit more closely.
