Booked a week in advance got the time slot I needed arrived to appointment and my makeup artist was on time, her name was Alisha I let her know the colours I wanted and the look I was wanting to achieve and she did the most amazing job better then what I thought I wanted. I was very impressed with her skill and knowledge of her products and was happy to purchase most things that were used on me! My make up lasted all night with no touch up needed she also applied lashes with ease.
I would happily recommend and go back with her! Very happy with my experience there

I made an appointment for a special event I had over this weekend well over one to two months ago. I show up to the appointment which the make up artist ran late with her previous client going over 15 minutes, who walked out with an orange make up line from her face to her neck. Which concerned me about the quality of the work I shpuld expect. She did over 2 hours to do my make up. Didn't know how to apply lashes so I walked out without lashes. Poor skills. Didn't clean brushes. Smeared my make up and walked about still paying. Ran late to a wedding as I had to reapply my make up and get someone else to apply lashes. I had what looked like panda eyes under my eyes were dark circles because she didn't know how to apply my eyeshadow. It was the most horrible experience I ever had ever. I walked out stressed and very upset. I regret paying. I regret that I booked an appointment months in advance to be placed with someone who didn't know what they were doing or training. I believe everyone's shpuld get the chance to learn but we should be told they are learning, get to decide if we agree and certainly not get charged for such a horrific experience. I would like to be contacted and get refunded as the experience was and has left the worst stress on me. Very poor customer service too. This is not how Napoleon should be represented.

Made a booking to get a signature makeover for Dec (booked in advanced.) got to the appointment and the lady could only do half the makeover due to me being 10 min late. So she only did my BASE. She also had to re-do my base (taking more time away) due to using the 'wrong base' so it didnt stick. I had to go home and finish off the look myself (for someone who cant do make up - that was the reason I booked in for someone else to do it). Very disappointing. I also asked for a MATTE finish but it was not matte. My make up also came off halfway through the night. Did not last. Very DISAPPOINTING. I will not be recommending to anyone.

I received wonderful service from Bronwyn at FG. She was lovely and bubbly and helpful young lady. She helped me with so many products. Will definitely be going back for more chats and products. Well done Bronwyn for brightening my day

I definitely recommend the make-up and the professional touch of Alyssa. She is absolutely the best make up consultant and her knowledge when it comes to products is outstanding.

Little bit delayed on the review, but I got my make up done for a wedding 2 weeks ago and had a fabulous experience! Was well worth it and would highly recommend any friend's or family to go there. I got my make up done by (I hate that I forgot her name! I think it was Elliott? I'm embarrassed if I got that wrong!) and she was very welcoming and experienced. The manager, Liss, is so lovely abd always checked in to make sure everything was ok and to provide any tips and tricks etc.

Came here yesterday and had the best experience. The staff member was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly the product I wanted and it was 50% off. She also took the time to show and explain how to use a product which I was a bit unsure about. If you want great service, as well as great makeup advice and someone to show you how to best use your products, then I would definitely recommend coming here.

The lady was very friendly.was cleaning the makeup brushes in front of me so i knew they were clean.didn't ask me what i want and started. Then she assumed that i wanted what everyone else asks for "natural look or bronze smoky eye". I showed her what i want, she was able to create it for me. She was very happy that it was a colour eyeshadow.i was able to redeem product also.
