The lady who did my acrylic refill was amazing! She was fast but not rushed and paid attention to detail. Love my nails!

This was my first time, everything was good at this place. Could have been a little more clean but given the place was very busy I let that go.

Victor did an amazing job on my nails doing a beautiful small nail design.highly recommend!

Easy to book, super accomodating, offered me water. Competitive pricing. Anna did a great job would go back if I’m in the area again!

Price quoted was $50. Paid by card so they wanted a 10 percent surcharge and then they added on the actual credit card surcharge of 91 cents so total cost was $55.91.

Owners are clearly not happy to pay tax and want customers to pay their tax bill for them.

First time visit today. I went during my lunch hour and very happy with the result. Will be going back!

Sadly it was a really bad experience. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they acted as if I hadn't. The pedicure was subpar (shameful actually) and my eyebrow wax was not what I asked for shape-wise. As I was headed to the door, money to pay in hand, I was shouted at "YOU PAY NOW" as if I were trying to leave without paying. Won't go back and will not recommend.

Not the best, went in with my friend.they applied my nail wonky, they leave you with the nail colour selection thing and don't bother taking it back once you're done (just put it on the floor). My nails came out not as bad as I'd expect but my friend started bleeding, don't file down so much be careful, they even missed a spot on her nail too, staff could be a bit nicer too.

The pedicure was incredibly soothing, and the ladies who work there are very sweet. Although the scrubbing was somewhat ticklish, I managed to overcome it. The cost is affordable and sensible. Amazing business and I would come again!

Terrible service, I came in with my friend and we had an appointment they made us wait for an hour and half and the whole process was 4 hours! They were talking bad about both of us in Vietnamese, our nails turned out terrible they were wide and chunky to the point where we wanted to take them off when we got home. When we asked them to fix it they ignored us and didn’t do anything about it. I would never come back here they charged alot for what they were worth. Definitely don’t recommend terrible service and nails

Lovely ladies here, very accommodating and do a great job on my nails. Have been coming here for years.

Despite booking, my friend and I still had to wait around 20 minutes to get started. The nail technician that was doing my nails said they couldn’t do French tips with SNS despite this being quite simple and easy to do at other nail salons I have been to. They also cut into my friends natural nail, causing her severe pain.

I had a manicure and pedicure done by De & her colleague. I had shellac on my toe nails and SNS on my fingernails. Very professional service, I will be back. Thank you De

Hideous service. Why book me in for 10am and still have al walk ins there I’m waiting outside for an hour. Get your business model right and if you book people in who are on a timeframe then DO IT. Don’t take walk-ins and ignore our fully booked appointment. Disgusting.

Your response is NOT relevant. You booked me in at 10am so the Covid rush has NOTHING to do with you not being able to meet your clients appointments. NNM decide to take walk ins and push appointments back or even cancel because an hours wait is a joke so therefore why make an appointment. I went over the road to KC NAILS who were phenomenal.

Here’s a suggestion.

1/. When booking a client in ask them what they want and have your nail technician there in the chair waiting for the client. (That’s called an appointment)

2/. If a walk in comes in, tell them “sorry I have an appointment at this time” can I make one for you (oh and stick to providing the service at their scheduled appointment time)

3/. DO NOT blame the “rush of Covid”. YOU CHOSE to not adhered to the appointment. 3 people who had appointments walked away after an hours wait.

Too busy and too rushed. More concerned about squeezing as many people in than actually doing a good job. Very unhappy with end result, and if staff were critiqued and asked to fix, they were rude to their patrons. Had to go elsewhere to fix it.
