After an initial stock uncertainty, fast delivery of great quality produce at a good price! Who could ask for more?

Be forewarned, this is a shady company. They took funds from my PayPal account for a product to be delivered to U. S. They then sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted the product sent somewhere in Australia because they don't deliver to the U. S. Why accept an order that they knew couldn't be delivered as quoted? Now, they've gone radio silent and I'm disputing the charge with PayPal.

The quoted delivery time was short, and the actual delivery time was shorter.
So far, I can find no reason why I would not go back to Nanobytes for my next purchase.

The battery I required was out of stock at time of order and it appears that through no fault of theirs, the incoming shipment was delayed several times.
However, there was good communication along the way and as soon as the shipment did arrive the Nanobytes team wasted no time in getting my order to me. Professional service, would buy again.

Living almost next door to a place that won't communicate with you, and lies that they keep postage prices low. Since when does local postage cost $33 for a very small box with a mobile phone in it!? (No express post requested nor needed). Let me pick it up and save me this rip-off, false postage amount.
World's worst Web page and most difficult and unnecessary Registration!

Very swift processing, unbeatable prices and excellent customer support. It would be perfect if they had click and collect or a cheaper cost delivery option.

I was in search of a 38" Widescreen LG38WN95C-W and accidentally ran into NanoByte. They had the cheapest price online, even cheaper than any other online retailers. The best part was that they had stock when others didn't (note this new monitor only just came out this year).

Started a conversation online with the staff and they were responsive and helpful. The payment options were either Paypal with 2% surcharge or bank transfer. The invoice could be sent to you directly to your email without you having to go through any account creation process.

I chose the bank transfer and had invoice sent to me. Paid by bank transfer and NanoByte acknowledged the payment within 1 hour. The shipping information then quickly came through within the next hour. NanoByte also had the cheaper delivery cost than most of other retailers.

Paid around 8am, and the delivery hit door at around 2pm! Never had a same-day delivery ever! The speed of this service is amazing by NanoByte. It helped that Brisbane had local stock but still amazing experience. The communication post delivery is also satisfying, that the staff called next day to confirm the delivery.

I did have reservations about NanoByte because never heard of this less famous online retailer, however, it turned out to be a drama-free, reliable, and speedy service provided by NanoByte with great price! Recommended!

Extremely responsive customer service and delivery was just as fast. I placed an order for a case on a Tuesday and received it by Thursday lunch. Price was by far the cheapest I could find and shipping charges on the case were more than reasonable! I was hesitant at first going by past reviews but it sounds like they had some teething issues to start off with. Can confidentially say there definitely aren't any issues with support or their supply chain!
