72They are advertising that they are part of the New World Order and have become a cashless store. Food wasn't anything to brag about either. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
We attended this Nando’s store on NYE and what an absolute disgrace. If I was the owner of this store, I’d be embarrassed!
It was 7: 30pm when we sat down and every single table around us had dirty plates/food and chicken bones on the ground!
Soon after we ordered they started knocking back customers to dine in and saying Take Away only! The store doesn’t close to 9: 00pm so a lot of upset people!
On a night like NYE, the store should of been prepared & ready to cater for a lot of people, but clearly under resourced!
The store had only 1 girl on the floor clearing tables. Staff cooking food could not keep up. We waited 40mins for our food and were eating with dirty tables around us and no cutlery available. Honestly Nando’s, for the prices you charge for take away fast food, this is NOT good enough. Never again! We were better off going to KFC!
Cashier is a hopeless and rude ebony woman (I'm not racist). Service is exceptionally poor. Diners endure long waits, orders are frequently incorrect, and staff seem inattentive. The overall experience is marred by inefficiency and a lack of customer care. Even seats are not available for dine-in. Worst Nando's I ever visit.
Very good chicken. Menu seems a bit different than I remember, has been a long time between visits
Poor customer service. Girl who was serving was using her phone on the shop floor and walked around aimlessly. Didn’t feel like a welcome customer at all, and took longer for my food than expected.
They are busy.yes. I understand that but one Asian man (with mask) was rude.
Chips are ok but chicken? Very dry all the time. I wouldn’t go to eat again. Little upsetting.
I enjoyed it. However one fact bothered me. The fact that the staff did not know the history of Nandos. Being a worldwide brand, a conversation to appreciate the diversity across continents and the brands they represent would have been great. Overall well done.
I don’t know how this restaurant functions, the staff are very undertrained, know no customer service, they are understaffed on weekends. Food arrived cold as they did from other tables we heard complaining aswell. The only reason I won’t give them one star is because when we asked for a new meal, it came out promptly. The staff in general are nice, but they need so much training. Going out for dinner is an experience as well as wanting good food. If you want prompt service, go on off peak times, we were waiting 10 minutes to be served well. They were people clearly doing things behind the counter, we weren’t even acknowledged
First time to Nando's and ordered the whole chicken with the mild basting, with sides of corn on the cob and sweet potato fries. Loved all of it. Staff were super helpful too.
Allowed me to enter with baby and pram. Provided table and excellent service. Food was also delicious. Would recommend them.
The paella is all plane rice, like 90%. Literally had to order something extra to have with the dry rice.music was alright and staff seemed alright
Worst service ever! Ordered food received 2 items and then waiting for 30min. Customer ordered after us receiving their food not us. Upon us complaining that they should atleast send us chips, person behind the counter was saying that we should request for this. I was like, Really! They actually messed up the entire order. My last visit here 6 months back was bad and today still the same. The management here should work on improving customer service and order handling. Bad experience!
Does not disappoint! Just this time there was a very rowdy family right next to me who could not control there kids. Great every time even in different locations.
Ordered here about 15 times and have got my order about 3 times. You can’t call them, you can’t get through to head office so how do you find out anything

Constant lack of customer service, hygiene, and quality.
Today I received my "Mediterranean Salad+chicken", which consisted of greens, hacked chunks of cucumber and onions only.
I had to initiate that at least 4 ingredients were missing (olives, feta, capsicum and tomatoes), which were later added - 40 mins after the salad had been sitting around to be served, fixed and re-served.eeekkkk. Appetite = 0

Fairly standard Nando's. QR-code ordering from the table, although it might be quicker at the counter, to be honest. Ok food and friendly service.
Ordered through the qr code which is convenient.the service was fast and my mates and i got our food quickly food was also quite tasty
The service seems to be getting better now. Hopefully they will increase the hours of operation.
Terrible service. Eating in they make you order from their dumb app, you wait 45 minutes (after telling multiple staff) without your meal arriving.
Worst customer service ever! We had a movie to catch in 15 mins so we just politely asked the staff member if it will be ready in 10-15 mins? And this woman literally went to the kitchen and YELLED " NO WE CAN'T HURRY UP IF YOU HAVE A MOVIE TO CATCH" And then when we asked them to cancel our order as we literally felt humiliated this guy comes up and says "sure". Never ever coming to this place again. Highly highly disappointed.
