Nando's Laverton

I ordered a quarter chicken for dine in and had to wait for one hour to get my food. The staff looked so careless and served everyone else who came after me.

Tried many Nando's and this one surely is my favourite!
Food was amazing an service was fantastic (workers were super polite especially a young gentleman AARON who went well beyond his duty to ensure we enjoy our meal) and restaurant was clean!
Well done to the Nando's team for a positive experience!

Best Nandoos branch. Very fresh food always. Outstanding service. Have tried so many branches around Melbourne but this is the best one.

Whenever i visit this place, Always get a good service and good food. Chicken is very moist and lovely place.

Very dishonest business. It's 2023 and they are using covid-19 as a reason to not provide customers with table water / tap water. They are basically forcing customers to purchase their bottled water. It just shows how cheap the owner of this branch is. Anything to make a dollar. Go spend your money at another Nando's where they won't try to rip you off.

No free water, they provide glass cups but you need to buy bottled water to pour in them, which defeats the entire purpose? ! My friends got their food first and then I waited another 10-15 mins for mine which was a simple salad. The chair I was sitting on was literally falling apart.

My family had 2 whole chickens with 2 side dishes for lunch yesterday. We had a great experience here with a nice staff and good taste of food, thank you.

Sharam auni chahidi burnt chicken den legia. So I need to use this language I was hungry and when I saw maked me fool by giving burnt chicken and uncooked rice.
Shameless.

2nd time 2 chicken pieces had skin on & were much smaller & BURNT black! The brocolini very small & burnt blackend also. 1st time very enjoyable 2 chicken pieces & no skin. Brocolini thick stalks were tough & chewy, could have been cooked alittle more. Loved the hot creamy sauce.
There seems to be no consistency in good control of the cooking & sizes of pieces varied greatly. NOT GOOD! Watch the burning food please. It isn't nice when you get home & too late.

Young bloke and a darker skin girl working Saturday night 18/02/2023 has no customer service whatsoever. Not even a hi or a hello. Just staring at me straight in the eye as I walked to the front counter.
Chicken was good though, I’ll give yous that.

Perfectly cooked fries and chicken with sufficient basting - exactly as we had requested. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Nandos made the right way here, never disappointed from their food quality. Customer service can be better.

This Nandos is good for families and groups as it’s spacious. But on a hot day visit it was disappointing to hear the fridge is broken and they don’t even have juice we ordered.

Friendly staff, and these guys always nail the food, best nandos, chicken is always moist with that flame grilled trim and they never skimp on the bastings, always plenty to dip your chips or mix into your hummus afterwards. Location is a tad annoying due to there being no spots during a peal period, but they can only work with what they got, so that isn't their fault.

Food and service was great.but the heat in the restaurant was unbearable no air-conditioning at all

Easily the best nandos I’ve ever been too, also Rohith is the best worker, such nice person he makes me feel happier when I’m at the restaurant, he is another reason why I’m coming back thanks Rohith

Very standard Nandos. Food was good but not great. Wait time was on the longer side. Over all good.

Restaurant doesn't look clean. Please don't forget that cleanliness is sign of hygiene and respect for the customers and similar opinion for the staff.

Waited way to long.
Was watching guys working only one guy was competent at working.everyone was complaining ended up waiting 30min for one paella and they havnt even started it.
Guy on grill was using quarter of grill and cooking one thing at time.
When I asked for money back worker argued!
Was pathetic.

Customer service needs a huge improvement. Whoever is standing behind the front desk, never showed an welcoming vibe. So disappointing.
