You don't accept cash anymore? That's a bit ridiculous, and scary. And pushing customers to order from the tables is ridiculous. Please get simple customer service back to where it should be.

Very rude staff poor customer service don't have no respect for their customers overpriced it's dirty staff should be wearing gloves when preparing food the food is terrible the business should be closed down and put another business instead me and my wife will never come back at all staff should make the food cheaper for people

On Saturday night, we ordered 2 whole chicken with 2 large sides and a wrap through ubereats. First we waited too long for food to arrive, next thing once it came we realised they messed up our order. They didn't send peri peri chips instead they sent two large on the cobs. Then when we opened our ordered. Its all burnt. Chicken was burnt, corn on the cob was burnt. We wasted our hard earn 98$ on the order and they ruined our Saturday night. Very disappointed. We used ubereats for our convenience and Nandos ruined our night.

Ordered a paella with a veggie patty and mysteriously got a few little pieces of chicken mixed into the rice. This wasn’t a case of mixing up my order. I’m concerned this was reused rice from someone’s left overs. Will NEVER order from them again! GROSS!

Does not accept cash at all which should be illegal! Huge invasion of privacy and forced compilation of customers personal data by mandating credit card only. Boycott cashless businesses! Will be buying my chicken elsewhere!

Clean your bathroom specialy toilets it's very dirty and discussing smell.very very dirty place don't waste your money and time there

Got whole chicken, chips and broccolini delivered by Menulog. Food was cold, most of the chips missing and broccolini small for a large portion. Very disappointing, never again

We just found a hear in the wrap. And very bad service.everyone from the staff was ungry.the told us to take a sit. And we was was wating more than 30 minutes. And they start to serve another people that came after us.

The food was good especially the chicken. The timing.of the food coming out was good. The only thing was the bathroom facilities were very unclean, no toilet paper, and no handwash for me to wash my hands. So that's why I gave 2 stars, the cleanliness of a restaurant is very important to me.

Nando's impressed me with its spacious setting and a wide range of condiments, including my favourite XXX Hot sauce. The flavorful condiments enhanced the delicious potato and sweet potato chips, while the chicken was absolutely on point. The presence of a convenient hand washing station made the dining experience even better. Nando's is a must-visit for its delightful ambience, flavorful food, and attentive service. Can't wait to go back!

Disgusting and poor behaviour by the manager don’t know how to behave with the others saying not to use the toilet for the Uber driver. Also said don’t say anything just take the order and leave the store. Manager you get D- no customer skills at all.

One of the longest waits I have had to wait for fast food. Charge through the roof and have to wait in excess of half hour for a meal. Yet uber drivers walk in and out in 2 min

Nandos need to train their staff specifically the one in charge how to deal with customers …rude and grumpy manager. I love the food from nandos but don’t think going to this place again.

Food was good but late, and waited 30 mins for chips to receive soggy chips and asked to get a new one which took another 40 mins!

Not a good restaurant. Will not prefer to anyone. There was a lot of salt of chips and when asked to provide chips with no salt they dipped the same old chips, with lot of salt, in oil and served us with chips full of oil.

Staff must be on some good gear! Ordered twice on the same day because first order never arrived. Second order was with bacon and completely different to what was even ordered. Called numerous times but no answer. Such poor service and lack of care. Completely disappointed and will never order from here again.

Undoubtedly this was the best Nando’s I ever had the chicken was cooked to almost perfection reason why saying this cause I myself is a chef

I have been coming to nandos in Coburg for years now and the Service is always good. Tonight was exceptional. Being in hospitality I know how important it is to make the customer feel special Bella did just that. The hospo world
Needs more ppl like you Bella you can see you love what you do and you do it with a smile. Dinner was delicious. The paella always spot on!

The food was impeccably prepared, staff were really welcoming. Felt very warm, friendly and family like atmosphere. The place is also clean, spotless and disinfected. Thank you for the welcome. I would definitely say the food is worth the value for the money we pay.

Customer service at this place is beyond poor. We were told that we couldn’t dine in as they were short staffed and didn’t have anyone to clean the tables, yet there was 2 people cleaning tables and 3 people only in the dining area. No excuses, if you can’t cater for your customers close the business for that evening.
