Nando's

It’s not the fanciest place on Smith Street, but if you’re looking for a little piece of paradise for an ounce of reprieve in the hectic chaos of Smith, then this can be it for you. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and the price is right. Don’t have exceedingly high expectations, but you’ll be pleasantly, moderately, modestly, and perhaps dutifully surprised at what they can offer you.

Peri peri goodness

Two tenders meals with peri peri chips, one mild, one lemon and herb. Request for extra peri salt kindly obliged

However, chips were not that fresh, which was quite disappointing. Please cook to order!

My friend and I go here for our lunch breaks and the food is always delicious! The toilet that's usually available in store is sometimes gross but I'm blaming that more on the people that use it than the staff

Walked in and waited for someone to show us our table as there was a sign that said "Please wait to be seated". Unfortunately the three staff saw us but did not say anything so we sat ourselves. Unfortunately most tables and chairs had stains and crumbs. Went to use the sink but it was out of order, went to the washroom and had a rude shock to how dirty it was. Hopefully the staff take an initiative to clean the place and make it welcoming and comfortable for dine in customers.

Worse customer service I have ever seen in Nandos.this place need new management I came to order pickup the need to clarify no one needs to help or answer wait for 15 min then I left not recommended for anyone better just turn it for take away store it may work.

Waited 30 minutes for takeaway order and received the meal very cold because it was sitting on the bench. I would not recommend visiting during lunch time.

The service was rude. I asked for extra sauce and they said that they can’t provide that for OHS reasons? The portions were smaller than other Nando’s, they didn’t have a water station to get a glass of water or wash your hands like all other Nando’s do. The lady that seemed like the manager was extremely rude

Very yummy food and frienly service. Clean and nice atmosphere. Only one of the staff was so loud and noisy. She jump scared me a few times.

Took my card and went into scan for payment and he brought me out the receipt
Brought my food out to me because I have a disability
He added extra chicken tenders for my doggie
I was missing other tenders and he brought them out

I went into the store to order they said that they were closing and couldn’t serve me then I asked to use the rest room as I have travelled from long distance but the lady was so rude to me saying we will not allow anyone to use restrooms before we close. If you are closing soon why does the board say you are open and however if you are not going to allow people at 8: 45pm when store closes at 9pm you should have at least locked your doors. Its fine if you don’t wanna serve 15min before you close but its so rude and unethical to deny a person to use restroom even when you are not closed yet.

As an avid nando's enjoyer, I was a little bit sad at the experience I had a this establishment. The food took a long time and was not of the finest quality which was a shame because nando's typically has yummy food.

The food is great, the location is also great but the store itself doesn't have much seating.

I came here on my lunch break.

The chips at Nando's are some of the best in Australia.

There are rarely any car spaces along the street but tram access is available out the front.

Told to order over QR because they are understaffed. Not my problem.
Bad service! Avoid at all costs

Understaffed, worst experience ever.
Telling us we couldn't dine it when obviously we could.

5 minutes after ordering i was informed there was a 20 minute wait, as they just put some more chicken on. 640pm on a weekend

Just ordered a seriously Large Peri Peri chips to go and I am rather dissapointed with the seasoning: (There was just a sprinkling on the top of the packet. Please consider seasoning the chips before bagging them so they are all Peri Peri chips, not just a handful at the top.
