Disgrace!
Staff is too busy talking about their personal lives in front of customers. There were 4 staff doing absolutely nothing but just chatting. None of the staff with long hair were wearing hairnets or bandanas.
Our Chicken was not basted as per order. When I informed the staff, they simply poured the basting on the chicken in the box.
Chips were suppose to be Peri Peri but I was given plain chips.
This shows that the store is lacking management and leadership.
Will be lodging an official compliant with the head office.
They won’t be getting my business again.

I asked them at counter to give me fresh fries but they give me old nd soggy poor indian dude

Good chicken, good service, with the right spices to wxcite your taste buds and the are bunny friendly.

Absolutely trash! Never have basting on the chicken, forgot my chips, coleslaw was old and stinks. Chicken was extremely dry. This is the worst store I have ever bought from, I have tried it 4 times and always the same trash

Avoid this place. 4th time straight day or now 8.30pm they are “out of chicken” and “dine is is closed due to staff shortages” or “sorry no dine in at the moment” or even “we are only
Open for dine in from 1pm yet it was 1.30pm and they still had the chairs on the table

Don’t support this mob. Plenty around who value your business and provide a basic level of service which is beyond this store

Worst Nandos, the staff are so slow and just talk to another while the food burns. The place is dirty as, the heat lamps the food sit under look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The grill and floor are filthy, and hygiene standards need to be reviewed by health and safety.

Very bad customer service, tables were not clean, tissues were on the floor.very disappointed

This is the fourth time we went order dinner as take away for 2 whole chicken with 2 large side.
The restaurant was extremely busy and they were busy in sending off Uber orders.
The chicken was not done, just like some here and there brushing of sauce and dry.
The fact is I get it that you were busy but you didn’t charged me less for the food. Then why should I get worthless stuff.
If you are more prioritising Uber orders then open it in the evening only for Uber not to general public.
We couldn’t eat as the chicken was so bad and not even looked as grilled chicken.
We had to threw away our food.
This is pathetic.

Absolutely ridiculous they claim to be open at 11am and I come back at 11: 30am and still closed and the manger here is so careless it crazy, don’t waste your money here go to schnitz that actually has good food and good service

This place has really made a change for the better, food was prepared succulantly, awesome chicken and short wait time considering how busy it was (lunch time).
Tables were cleaned down thoroughly. Definitely will be back️

Is it that hard to make sure that all orders have been filed. Yet again missing items that I paid for.

I am unsure who this employee is but I think his name was Daimon. I swear to god this guy does not know what he is doing half the time, he walks around aimlessly on his phone, ignored me and other customers. Probably going to avoid this place if this guy is at the counter, I also think he was the manager too.

They are always under staffed and shut down the dine in area. It’s been 6 months like this and why can’t you hire more people by now? So disappointing

I have a similar complaint as many others here, this store does not operate as per the open-close time on the website, their operating times are completely random.
Attemted to go in 10/07/22 @ 15: 35 and was told they open at 17: 00 today.

Worst customer Service by the Night Manager. Rude with Customers and saw him Rude With Uber driver's that too infront of other Customers

Majority of the times, they don’t let you dine in even when the store has an hour to close. Last time the staff member said that the manager has gone home early and that she is not feeling well either so they are only doing take away. We went there next evening and again only take away was allowed. I reckon a kebab shop is running more smoothly than this franchise.
When ordered home delivery, missing items twice with no reply to emails from the customer service.

Went into the store today (22/01/2022) manager came to the counter and asked if I was dining in or take away, I replied dine in. She then advised take a seat and order from your table we are too busy to do it at the counter. I replied “it will take you 2 seconds” she then said “in future you need to learn how to use the app”.

Disgraceful customer service, I didn’t ask for anything special except for to place my order, her customer service also is consistent with the lack of cleanliness in the store.

I would not recommend this store, with 10 or so people seated in the store they are too busy to handle any other orders

Place does not operate as per the open-close time on the website. The restaurant was closed almost 1.5 hrs before the advised closing time. Was a big disappointment.
