Nando's

Tables and chairs were sticky and I could smell the toilets throughout the restaurant. Person at the register was surly and not friendly. Cutlery was dirty, had to rinse it ourselves at the sink. Food was fine.

Decent food, but more expensive than competitors with a similar menu and both tables I tried were sticky, as if they had not been wiped down for some time.

Great chargrilled whole chicken BUT salty chips and a Broccolini that tasted like burnt plastic - no apologies from staff, they just gave us extra chips instead.

One of the worst customer service by Indian lady working 21 July around 8pm

She never take proper order always mood with big attitude I make sure this complaint go to Head office with proper action

Had a staff member sleeping here today! I'm sure the owner would be impressed. What a bloody disgrace this is!

Outrageously expensive. Team if you’re going to charge $20 for a burger, fries and a water, at least make sure there is some chicken in the burger. Would not recommend this as a lunch option. See photo.

These guys have closed early on Wednesdays many times. It says open til 9 and they are closed at 8. Again. Happens sporadically with no reason from staff they just say they're closing even though it's not closing time.

Clean restaurant, freshly and quickly made food and friendly service. One of the better Nandos I’ve been to. Even with a long queue at lunchtime on the weekend, staff were still friendly and efficient. Recommended.

It was my first time there. Not to bad experience, only the attendant at the counter had difficulty to give back the correct change.

Ordered Peri peri full chicken and peri peri chips to be delivered. Delivery driver left the food on a side road of my apartment to start with. Chips were very soggy and chicken seems to be uncooked and cold. Never again

An absolutely Beautiful place to dine in, they served hot and newly cook chicken always, tender and juicy to, the are crew and very polite,

Very poor ambiance. Dirty tables. Plates were on almost all tables with leftover food of customers. Restrooms were also dirty. A lot of peri peri salt on chips. Cold food.
Overall, bad experience.

Shambles, some lil fella called my “Perfect Pair” a “4 wings with Pita”. Come on, seriously, if you are working at the beast chook industry in the nation, you should know your menu.

I used to love this nandos until tonight…
Myself and 5 of my friends were having dinner in store and we found ourselves waiting over an hour for a half chicken and chips then we followed up for it they claimed they had already brought it to us. Chef was extremely rude saying he already gave it to us and wouldn’t even offer a refund or to make us a new meal. Absolutely appalling not happy

Very bad service the girl on the counter very rude she just care to speak with other staff also the men chef all the time laughing. Look like circus no resturant.

Been going here on and off for many years. It's time to stop. Soggy chips, overcooked chicken, as well as some disinterested and inattentive staff. When there's a queue running out the door, maybe train your staff to stop sweeping the closed off section and tend to paying customers instead.

Don’t even deserve a star. Ordered a whole chicken, ended up having just a quarter of a chicken as it was raw. They re-grilled it first and then food was sent back to us and it was still raw on the inside. Asked for a refund and was told that we had most of the chicken and they cannot do any refund (guy in kitchen can’t even tell that how much chicken was in the plate that he was holding)

It was a $50 meal (including the chips and drinks)
Very disappointing and the kitchen staff were so rude and argumentative. Won’t be going back there anymore.

Ordered during the recent ‘free delivery’ promo, and ended up with rotten lettuce in my burger, and one small slice of tomato (if you look at the pic of the classic burger on the app, at least two slices are clearly visible). Emailed Nando’s explaining what I’d been served and requested some level of compensation, and still waiting for a response nearly 2 weeks later. What a joke of a business

Love Nando’s but this location constantly serves bad. After complaining i was served the same bad quality burnt chips

The food was nice, but didn't like the fact that there was no sause bottles to use and they didn't have many sauses to choose from. The dishes were too small and different, not like regular Nandos dishes. No bottle of water as well.had to buy small bottle of mineral water.they said it's due to covid and their attempt to be more hygienic, but I don't buy that as covid is long gone in Melbourne and other branches are operating like before covid.
