THIS Mixed platter 1/2 peri-peri chicken, 8BBQRIBS &4PERI TENDERS, The price of this meal is beyond my imagination, personally think the chicken is too dry

Staff are great - had the plant based options which were delicious. Store was a little busy which is a good “problem” to have! Other people also seemed happy.

Asked for aioli to be put on my wrap and got told “we won’t do that for you. ”
Waited 40 minutes for a wrap and a piece of chicken. There was barely anyone else in the restaurant so other food shouldn’t have been an issue.
All the chicken was stone cold as if it came from the fridge.
The only reason I didn’t ask for it to be cooked longer or replaced was because I waited long enough already.
Very very disappointing customer service and food.
The restaurant was also really cold.

Nando's is a nice alternative to the staple take-aways. I don't have it often but whenever I go there, there's a lot of people ordering and eating.

Food is good, can get busy and will have a wait time. The food is fresh and tasty so no real issue with waiting a while

Best nandos I have had anywhere, awesome service and the food look picture perfect. Credit to the young girls working there.

While you are sitting in the restaurant you can smell the fresh ingredients and spices being cooked, the place was full, had one of the bowls and so did my husband, very filling.

I had a phone order and a young worker by the name of Jeb, he showed exemplary customer service, his voice was a little shakey so i could tell he was nervous.great answer 10/10

Chill atmosphere and staff are pretty friendly. Foods pretty good and the place is pretty since to go to if you wanna have dinner

Have gone to order food, sign on the door said shutting at 3pm. Went in at 2pm for a small quick order to be told no we decided to close early so we can leave at 3pm instead of shut at 3pm. Might want to stick to what's actually written.

Young man by the name of jeff or jet served me today absolutely dreadful customer service skills need a lot more training, but to be fair he had an outro playing when he left today which was pretty hard

Had to wait a little bit to be served even though the young man was just talking to colleagues which was annoying. Place was looking average with tables littered with used dishes and waste. In fairness they had probably been busy. Once our food was ready it was worth the wait. Delish!

The place shuts down according to the staff’s liking even though the website states closing time is 9PM.unprofessional & lack customer service skills. One night they’ll stop taking orders at 7: 45pm, next week it’ll be 8: 45. They never follow the timings mentioned online. It changes according to the staff. Looking at the reviews. I guess other people have had this same problem. The timings mentioned online do not reflect the business’s actual timings.

We visited on a busy day, but the food served was absolutely low standard. Staff is totally irresponsible and seemed quite busy! The food served was not the same that was ordered! Very bad experience and surely no value for money!

Extremely slow service. Staff is too slow. Menu log orders they need to understand we make money per delivery. If we wait freaking 30 Mins for a order. Can't make money

One of my all time fave. I was satisfied with their service and the food are well prepared. Delish!

Tried to use an 'ultimate gift card' here, but the staff were not competent enough to read the instructions written on the card to use credit (they kept pushing savings, even after I told them), they then implied it didn't have the amount on it that I notified them of and then tried to pressure me into paying by normal card. I can only assume the lack of care carries over to the food and so we left and went else where.

P.s the gift card worked fine at hogs breath cafe.
