Worst Nandos ever. Nasty guy running the store and thinks he’s something.talks to customers very rudely. Go to the other ones for better service. Can’t believe Nandos is going downhill like that with these new franchise owners/managers.

Very disappointed with the service and food quality. Ordered from uber eats last night and this is what I received. Chicken hot, very bad quality. Ribs flavourless and cheesy bread was uncooked. Ordered peri peri humus with pita bread, they didn’t send the peri drizzle as well. I didn’t even bother eating the food, threw everything straightaway, the worst experience ever. Never gonna have nandos ever. Wish there would be -ve star rating

Incompetent staff yelled at me when I asked kindly.
You can just tell me to wait instead of yelling"If I didn't make eye contact! Means I don't want to talk to you! "

Very congested place. Takes long time to prepare. We didn't find any cutlery, periperi sauce or water. Not recommended at all.

Great tasting chicken! I ordered the xtra hot and it didn’t disappoint. The peri fries were delicious as well. Staff was friendly, and I got my food in about 5-8 minutes. I gave it 1 star off because it was a bit on the pricey side for a half chicken.

Friendly staff and fast service compared with larger Nando's establishments. Food is still zesty and delish; recommended over every other fast "food" outlet on Elizabeth street.

Rubbish service, ordered our meals at 11.20am through Uber and was told meals will be delivered around 11.55am, got a text meal has been cancelled no reason, received the refund but the inconvenience.

The service was very poor
Stood for easily 10 minutes before getting served and it wasn't busy

Asked for a classic wrap with no tomato and extra cheese and pineapple. Was charged for extras and when I got my meal it was just a classic wrap including tomato and no extras. Unfortunately I didn’t get to open the wrap until I was halfway to Geelong so couldn’t take it back and why should I have to take it back I should get what I pay for. Kitchen staff were also cooking and serving whilst wearing masks under their chin. No covid safety.

Ordered a chicken wrap for approx $13, it extraordinarily bad, well under size for the cost and tasted like cardboard. I know this is Covid-19 days, but they should try to meet at least minimum standards. I only write bad reviews when my food is well under standard and this certainly was!

Go to Nando's and buy some chips is what I usually do. I did the same thing as everyday but something wrong here today.
The female cashier was so rude and always in a bad mood while giving me a service. I was holding cash in my hand while ordering the food. She saw what was in my hand but she managed to give me the EDC to pay by cash which wasn't my intention. I raised it and said "pay with cash" then she stared at me and took the cash with angry and turn back so quick. What did I do wrong?

Very worse customer service.
The staff very rude and un respectful and the food they provided wasn’t tasty as other Nando’s cook.

Ordered the superfuel salad. It has one small square of avocado and 5 small pieces of bacon. Massive rip off.

This branch did a poor job on the veg burger. The burger bun was dry and there was hardly any sauce. The Peri Peri chips was Peri Peri topping and was not evenly distributed.

Just heated up the old chips and packed it.saw it while i was in the waiting area.very very pathetic service. For a simple chips they took more than 20 mins

Went Nandos for Chrostmas dinner. Friendly happy service and quick service also. Extremly nice atmosphere

Chicken was dry, no sauce at all. Being a regular Nandos customer at other locations I knew this food wasn't up to the normal standards. If u want a Nandos with good customer service and excellent food, regardless of how many customers are in the restaurant, go to the Nandos in Williamstown.

If you have a liking for spricy chicken and crisp hot chips ypu can always rely on Nandos to provide. Fast and relible service.

Food was delicious, server did not understand what we were trying to order. After checking our receipt I went back to correct it as it was wrong on the receipt, she took it and said she'd fixed the 2 mistakes, but when our food came out, it was wrong.

My food was fine and the service was fast. But thanks to your poorly cooked chicken my friend had a serious case of food poisoning. Thanks for turning us all off Nando's we look forward to our Oporto's next time we visit Melbourne.
