Nando's

Went at 9.55pm to order and was told that they are closed.
When l told them where do l complain l was told that after 9: 30 they only do take away.
When l told them that l want take away they looked at the clock to see if it turned 10pm and even though it hadn’t turned 10 pm they still refused to serve me.
Thus is nit acceptable and will not be going back to Nando’s

Food is fine, but get there early otherwise they often run out of chicken pieces during the lunch rush and you'll have to wait 30+ minutes for your meal. Also, if you are there in a group it is frustrating to see the only 3 big booths with 1 or 2 people sitting in them while smaller tables sit empty.

Good taste of chicken, and the cook is Balinese. It nice to see someone could speak your mother language.

Nice services and food also very good I mentioned for well cooked fries and they gave me best. Moreover, service is also good.

Jesus! This has gone to the dogs. Food is terrible. Stale bread and terrible service. Frozen chips and paper thin chicken. So so bad! And $$$$$$$!

Very good place to eat before a show. The staff member on duty was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. High praise to him. The food arrive quickly and as ordered. It was clean and well maintained.

Tasty chicken. You know what to expect when dining here. Chips were well cooked and fresh. Burger was most and very tasty

This is the second Nandos within a month I've visited where they just can't get it right! I ordered a chicken BLAT with no mayo. First it came out without bacon so I sent it back, then it came with bacon and mayo (asked for no mayo) and some other sauce (perhaps a tomato chutney). It was disgusting I didn't eat it and there was less than a teaspoon of avocado. Total waste of my time and money.

I had to wait over 30 mins for a burger and chips. When I asked where my burger was after 20 mins, they said there was a mix up with the orders and they would upgrade my chips to a large, but it still took another 10 mins for my order to arrive, and the chips were soggy and horrible like they were the dregs of the batch. Not impressed! There are plenty of other Nando's branches to choose from in the CBD and I will not be returning to this branch any time soon.

The European Nandos is far better. There is no drinks machine, no desert. The food was average and a bit cold. Would suggest going elsewhere. Melbourne has plenty to offer.

Came to this place over 4 years ago and the service and food 2nd to none.
Victor the owner worked out what we wanted and kept the beers coming before our nickelback concert and here we are over 4 years later again before nickelback and his at it again perfect service staff all work how they should.

This joint is spacious and room scaped well. But the staff is a bit on the cold side, and food is subpar to the Nandos standard

Had a great time with my family at Nandos. Food was very good; typical Nandos flavours and taste. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. However, the restaurant had an unpleasant and bad smell in the dining area. Also, toilets were not very clean.

I guess salads not being their main thing they don't check them before serving? Peppers were slimy and tomato was so off I felt nauseous for the remaining of my meal.needless to say, I didn't finish my half cooked chicken either.

Consistently good Nando's restaurant; chicken is always tender and chips are cooked to perfection. A regular stop for our family

Coleslaw was off! But they cant serve a new one apparently coz we tasted it and found out! Not the usual Nandos experience.

Nandos is the place where i love saues. I am almost addict with the sauses. I saw many people who visit since 10-12 yrs just for the chicken and sauses.

They have couple of vegetarian option burgers, not bad in taste. The chips/ wedges are great and good in quantity. The customer service at Melbourne CBD Nando’s very good. Ample space clean and tidy for dine in. Only the issue is long waiting during the weekday peak hours.

Clean and quick service (before lunch rush). Extremely cramped bathrooms, otherwise just as expected.

Great food and service. Minor misunderstanding resulted in immediate service by manager.
Lovely staff at counter.
