As someone who used to work here, I'm glad to see all the reviews here that people are making, back when I was there I had been unsure whether to make this, still need to be careful what I say to protect myself.

From my perspective it wasn't a horrible place, but it was dodgy in many aspects. It's kept clean for the most part. The food is good. Toilets smell. But it's not terrible.

In terms of workers, it was underpaid all round, everybody was, I thought it was just trainees, but then its normal workers and even managers. Nobody talks about it because they think someone will snitch to the owners, but in reality they won't since they are in the same boat. If you ask about it you get told to work somewhere else, straight up. You also get lied to about this. How could I forget, it's a base rate, no Sunday no holiday, BASE RATE. Which was under the minimum anyway. You had to tell them you are older to increase pay since they don't monitor it and don't compensate the extra money you should have received with a higher but still lower than minimum rate.

The abuse was apparent, some people can't handle it, it made you feel terrible that you stuffed up. Basically everyone leaves for this reason, conflict, and even if there is none, something comes up, it would be a minuscule thing and you’d get a phone call getting berated. And this place went through a hell of a lot of staff. Lots of behind back talk, which is obvious that when you are not there to witness the talk you are part of the conversation. When someone leaves or gets fired its like they are erased from existence, and you are not allowed to talk about them, the people in power make out like its the workers fault but that gets suspicious when thats everyone,

There were good aspects to this place 100% and aspects that Nandos has control over that are not this individual businesses fault entirely for example, the only recycling bin this place has is more cardboard only, not glasses, bottle, can, etc, etc, which all goes in the waste bin, I can talk more but Id have to talk about individuals which I am not going to do. This place will probably still thrive off the back of manipulated young people scared to leave, speak up or just do anything which is most of the staff that stay.

Chicken spice level hot was indeed hot. Chips were fine. Sweet potato fries a bit limp
Can't comment on service as ok I guess.

Nandos Shepparton provided a strong impression, they went above and beyond with the service.will definitely be returning

Food was alright but there was a new server that didn't put the order in right but when we asked for it to be changed we got the cold shoulder from another employee because we asked for it to be changed we dint mind that there was a mistake but telling us that they are only changing the order once because they did read it back to us when they didnt is ridiculous will not be coming back

GREAT MEAL! LOVE THIS PLACE WITH ALL MY HEART. LOVE THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE CLEANLINESS. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

Maeve our server was the sweetest person. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. But I will say I was sad when I saw that the burger’s were no longer on the menu.

Meal was served quick. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I ordered extra hot and it didn't disappoint. The supergood bowl was just perfect size. A really enjoyable visit.

This is a review that I have had to really sit and think about for a while now. It's been months since I last stepped in at this nandos. As a big fan of the food chain and a regular at this restuarant I couldn't believe the disregard for my problem when I told them that I think that the chicken is a bit off and would either like it changed or given an alternative. The manager proceeded to tell me that she had just had the chicken and there was nothing wrong with it.still hungry my friend and I had to excuse ourselves and leave the food Unfinished (something we would never do to a cheeky meal at the establishment). From there I vowed not to step back at this restuarant until management had been changed.fortunately there is beneditos which is a sufficient alternative and will continue to eat there.
Initially I was going to keep this to myself but I think this has to be said otherwise they will continue to mistreat customers like this.

Horrible customer service honestly got to be the worst nandos I’ve had, rude employees and cold food

1 star for not rectifying closing times on the door or website. They don’t actually close at 9pm Sunday to Wednesday. They were closed by the time I was there by 8: 35pm. Waste of a trip.

Dine experience was horrible, waited nearly 20mins before I even got my meal.

Understaffed, poorly trained workers.

Manager needs their arses handed.

My family have eaten at lot of Nandos over the years and the Shepparton Nandos is one of the best Nandos we have had.

Just couldn't get the order right. Put extra hot pasting instead of mild and when asked to change.took the thing back wiped the pasting with tissue and gave it back.

Pathetic

Ordered through menulog, I got the Mediterranean salad. It was so oily and did not taste fresh at all sorry Nandos but with the salads that should be healthy and uplifting it was absolutely the opposite. BIG failure! And a waste!

I'm from doordash and it's the way I do my living. But when I go there I just try to see the name of my client and the boy I don't know who is he started saying yelling at me. Literally don't have manner to talk with a girl. Though I'm doing my job, he hasn't any right to yell at me. Worst hospitality restaurant ever in my whole life. Was worried before going in because of reviews. But had a good experience. The blond girl at the counter was very pleasant. Definitely will be visiting again

Though I'm from doordash but treat me like I have no feelings. Really never seen any restaurant like this where they treat us so badly. Never gonna visit this place?

After waiting 30 mins for a pick up order, i asked staff to make the order ready, they attacked me for rushing my order.they couldn’t care less, They were rude and one of the girl made faces at me.

Blonde worker so nasty and rude, to both customers and employees. Needs to watch how to talks to people
