66Guy who took order couldn't understand basic English and completely messed up my order. Because of this I got massively over charged for food I didn't order. Then the shift manager yelled at me when I complained. Total Dump.
Impeccable customer service and fresh food. Every employee greeted me with a smile and hello, and I got the sense that they truly value the business of patrons. These guys understand what very few businesses seem to grasp these days.
I went earlier today to try to have a nice dinner outside, as the outdoors area looked great.
It seemed they were understaff and busy, nonetheless we were on line to order and a staff member approach to us and aggressively told us to order through the QR code as they were too busy.
I can understand they didn't have the time to serve us the way they would like to, but that doesn't mean staff can yell at us.
It was inappropriate and rude, we left the premises as well as another couple.
I don't think I will ever come back, that rudeness was unnecessary, staff needs to be trained better in customer service.
NOT EVERYONE, Just one guy looks chinese very rude.arounf 830pm asked the girl who greet us what time will be the last order and she said 1030pm usually as we close at 11pm (make sense) I said i will come back later and back around 930pm to dine in and was greet by the same girl to have a sit. Suddenly this guy ran and said we close our kitchen. I asked 11pm is the closing time then he said i can only do takeaway no dine in and i asked why and he's very rude.
While always busy for quite obvious reasons, Northland Nando's is a fantastic establishment that always provides a great choice for eating at!
Ordered online delivery from Nando’s Northland and had a missing item… tried contacting via refund process and never got a reply. Don’t use their app to order - too risky! Use Uber Eats instead.
Nando’s Northland - Vortex of incompetence and chicken. It’s always busy and there are always service issues but the food usually good.
Service is so bad. Got my wrap, waited 25 minutes for the chips. Staff couldn't care less.
Food is good however, we’ve had two children in the time that it took them to complete the recent refurbishment
For a joint that doesn’t use staff to take payment surely you can get customer service right at least
Second time we’ve come to eat time on the website says open till 10pm. Arrive at 8pm and closed. Do better!
The cutleries are all dirty evem the glass was given too cloudy and dirty. I called the attention of the manager and he is upset.

This Nando's doesn't have halal certification. I asked if the chicken was halal and the staff member said yes it is from halal distributor but can't get halal certification as they cook pig here too.
EXTREMELY BAD WAITING TIMES. LITERALLY 3 PEOPLE WORKING. NO DINNING IN BECAUSE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING WHICH ENDED MONTHS AGO. FOOD IS NEVER FILLING AND OVER PRICED. Today at 5.10pm, there was tall bloke who served me, was amazing. He was so helpful in choosing dishes. Great customer service

The order didn’t come as I asked, the order takes a long time. The salad has much chilli oli, while I asked do not add chilli. The chips does not the same other branch of Nando’s.
Was ok, didn't come out all together, chips were 10 minutes late even though it took 20 minutes to get my meal and they ran out of salt.you think they would go to Coles or woolworths and top up.
Absolutely disgusted to be segregated and discriminated against by staff member Lisa today, we ordered a meal and were asked for our vaccination status and told boosters will be required soon to sit down and eat, we haven't taken part in the experimental, provisionally approved vaccines but it was ok for us to sit and wait for the meal but not to actually sit and eat it. Won't be eating or ordering food again from Nando's, I will be contacting the human rights Commission, Lisa said she agrees with segregation, as an indigenous Australian I'm thoroughly disgusted!
