This is the best Nando's in Oz. Dara the manager is a legend and she's a little hottie too lol.the staff were great as is the food they served.will always go back and I highly recommend everyone does too.thanks Dara.and little 'Milo my Jack russell terrier loves you all too lol.he said thanks for the chips!

Unbelievable that you’re always forgetting part of the order. Literally every time we order you forget something. Train your staff better and pick up the phone! Customer service does not put customers first at all

The chicken was good though. And the rice. Service wasn’t bad considering it was a busy lunch time.
We sat outside because we had the dog with us and that restaurant just gets swamped with pigeons and other birds from Fawkner trying to get a feed. Y’all need to put up a net or something.

Worst restaurant evaaa! The pwner was way too rude, didn’t apologise moreover the food was old disgusting and extremely smelly. Nandos really need to step up their customer service and get rid of people who know nothing about hospitality ‍️

I’m pretty sure I stopped eating Nandos because of how overpriced it is but I ended up with a lemon and herb pita and some chips (because my husband advised the pita would be more filling than the wrap).

Lettuce was the dominate ingredient but the chicken was well cooked and it definitely feels healthier than other takeaway alternatives which is probably where the higher price point comes into play

I ordered and paid for two vegetarian burgers and a salad. U can check my card payment around 9.40 pm last night for 40.40 AUD. One burger was with avocado and other was with halloumi cheese but unfortunately both of the patties were grilled on the same grill where other meats are grilled and also same tong waa used so without arguing with the kitchen guys I just took it and threw it away in the wastebin outside as I couldnt find anyone to give it away. Its absolutely filthy and not acceptable to whom is following vegetarian standards unless you don't value your customer standards and feelings. Its not acceptable. I am not a person who makes employee at a workplace have a bad day but we vegetarians don't deserve this. I am sure you don't get this kind of comments frequently but you have to visit once to Nandos kitchen in any any part of India and you will see the food standards they follow in the kitchen. Its a humungous difference and also learning lesson for you. Hope you do take necessary actions and please don't need your apologies even if you think about it. Because if you meant it then I who comes from a hospitality background wouldn't be facing such things. FYI - just had salad and slept very hungry as this was the only meal I had for the entire day as I was travelling through out. Good day.

We ordered a whole chicken meal (mild) with extra large peri peri fries and garlic bread for Friday take away. The girls who took the order and handed it out had smiles all the time. The meal was perfectly packed and we had enough condiments to enjoy with. The entire experience was perfect. We would definitely go and order again.

Pretty ridiculous that when I ask for the dirty table to be cleaned, I'm given detergent and paper towels to do it myself.

I saw two other customers having to do the same.

Particularly since the birds seem to jump on any outdoor table the second they're vacated, how about you dedicate someone to cleaning them regularly? Honestly, it's just feral.

Has got a bad pidgeon and worse indian mynah problem. I watched a woman get pushed off of her plate of food by birds she didn't want to touch. I gave the staff fair warning. They said yeah they're a bit of a pest. Edit. Changed my order to take out. Food was nice

Wow. I came here at 9: 10 and they said they were closed for the night. Perfectly understandable if they closed kitchen at 9: 30… but they said online that it closes at 10pm. I have gone to two different nandos locations and they have all closed exactly at 10pm so ordering before is fine. Unfortunate: (

Great experience and outstanding customer services. Clean atmosphere with healthy options of food. I always love to order lemon and herb chicken and this one is so good.
They have so many sauces options as per your taste. I like to have mild, but I’ve seen people ordering extra hot as well.

Picked up take away 2 hot & lemon chickens, was really disappointed in the chickens tenderness. I will definitely not be using this restaurant again.

30 minutes waiting for an order that was on the kitchen bench for 20 minutes, waiting to be table served.

I ordered hot flavored 1/2 chicken and 1/4 chicken leg piece with large bowl of fries. Taste was as usual amazing. Their seasoning for fries is awesome. Good customer service and ambience.

Service was ok but the tables were not clean.
Food was as usual we found on Nandos
Quite a busy place also
