I’m a new Nana, found Nana Huchy on line. Most adorable, soft toys. What makes them so special is the sweet story about each animals. Bill the duck is so cute my grandson may have to share with me (or get one for myself) Clover the cow is also so sweet. Perfect gifts. Delivery is so quick. Will be spreading the word to all my nana friends

Nana Huchy is one of my favourite places to shop. I’ve lost count how many beautiful products I have purchased from them. My children and grandchildren have loved every single one! Their products are absolutely gorgeous and quality is great. My latest purchase was the personalised Teddy Bears I got for my grandson and granddaughter for Xmas. They are gorgeous and so soft and the personalisation is a lovely touch. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. And Lucy is so lovely to deal with so added bonus.

Fluffy toys toys toys and not just any toys. These little and sometimes really little bundles of joy will make any child look up to you with love love love on there face… Why buy 1 when you can get 3, more love is better!

Love these products, I have bought a few things from there for my granddaughter & she just loves them. They are always beautifully crafted & wrapped.

My niece absoluety loved her Ollie Octopus plush, she did not put it down all Christmas day and fell asleep with it that night. Needless to say the customer service provided by Lucy at Nana Huchy was excellent, she went out of her to way to allow me to collect the doll from the factory and left it in a safe place for me to collect afterhours. Highly recommended and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Lucy!

Nana Huchy is my favourite online business when ordering a gift for new babies. Lucy has been so helpful with matching blankets to toys, or picking something neutral before my friends know the gender. (Aussie animals are perfect for this). I always add a gift card to my order & a little note which she hand writes and sends the gift to the address I provide. Ordering here is super easy & my gifts become so loved by the little ones.

I rarely write negative reviews. Unfortunately I feel so upset by my experience with Lucy of this store that I feel compelled to write about it. I ordered what was described as a '10 pack of Assorted Gift Cards'. I purchased 3 packets of this as a Christmas gift for three separate friends who are fond of stationery. I understood the 'pack' to be exactly that- a pack of cards. I have bought several such packs in the past of beautiful cards from other stores. What arrived was 30 loose cards, not at all what I expected. I emailed the store and was told that they do not offer refunds, especially on sale items. I completely understand and accept this. However I felt the description of the products was misleading. I therefore called the store and expected some acknowledgement that the description may have been unclear. What I instead got was a hostile, inflexible response to my concern. It left my on the footpath almost in tears. The level of antagonism and aggression was completely unnecessary and unprovoked. Thankfully I cannot recall the last time someone behaved in such a manner, but this has left me shaken and I feel obliged to share this experience.
It was the aggression with which she answered that I object most to. Though the products look beautiful, I would not recommend this place.
