Nakedvice

I bought a bag and it arrived damaged, they offered to exchange it which was nice. It’s been almost two months and my bag still hasn’t arrived. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they said they would submit an enquiry with Auspost. I also submitted an enquiry and Auspost just told me to contact Nakedvice which I did, haven’t heard from them since. I emailed again and no response. Even when we were working out the damaged bag situation they ignored multiple of my emails.

Edit: They immediately resolved the issue after I contacted them again.

Incredible customer service! I bought the Becca bag with silver details, and two days later they launched the gold version that combined much better with my looks, so since I had not received any email about the order as shipped, I requested the exchange for gold.

The Costumer Service responded very kindly in 1 day and they were able to make the change immediately.

I will definitely buy again

I asked for an exchange of an item after I couldn’t get to the Post Office before the return date due to COVID and the customer service team replied promptly and I had the new size in my hot little hands a couple days later. Amazing customer service! Super helpful in helping me decide which bag was most suitable for me. They were able to take the time to go through each bag I was looking at and pick the one that would be best as it is hard to compare the sizes online. Responses were quick, detailed and friendly. Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a bag which was gifted to me as a birthday present. The team responded to me super quickly requested images of the issue, they offered a replacement and went above and beyond to rectify the issue for me. It was such an easy and wonderful interaction. On top of this I adore the brand and always get compliments on my bag when I am out and about!

I purchased a bag from here less than a year ago and the strap unexpectedly broke. I emailed Nakedvice hoping to buy a new strap as there wasn’t a thinner one for sale online. I have had the experience turned around with a new jacket which I am happy too be able to wear this weekend!

Terrible 1st time experience!
I splurged on the Ada jacket as had seen such great things about it!
Very excited to get it, opened up the packet, it was shoved inside, not folded in any way.
The entire jacket is covered in cat/dog hair, it actually looks Iike someone had it at home and had to give it back.
Have emailed and the response is that it was the last item in my size and was "out the back", what in a corner, crumpled and not clean?
A code for $20 was provided as a "result"
I will in no way be purchasing anything further from this company if they treat a $200 jacket like this how do they treat other items.
To some this may not be a lot of money but to me it is. Disappointed and disgusted at the presentation. Guess I'll spend more money to have it cleaned now to a presentable, wearable condition.

Ordered a pair of heels online, but unfortunately missed the part where they were a pre-order item and would not be shipped until May.

As they would not be arriving in time for what I ordered them for and since they had not been dispatched, I emailed the customer service and asked if I could cancel my order and they immediately declined.

I understand their policy of no returns (a bit ridiculous in my opinion), but this is now $159.00 down the drain and they were very unhelpful in trying to resolve this. Just take my money for an item that’s months away and offer no assistance.

Edit: The email was sent after I posted this, with the opposite of what I had asked for. I asked to cancel this order and instead you shipped it to me so then you would not be able to refund the order.

I have now purchased multiple shoes, bags and pants from Naked Vice- so happy with the quality, style and service I receive every time. My go- to brand

Came in the other day to try on the NV apparel and Matilda was absolutley amazing and so helpful! The shoes I wanted weren't in my size and she helped me pre-order them. Absolutely love my new skirt and will definitely be coming back:)

Absolutely love everything I’ve purchased from NV- one of my favourite brands! The customer service is also amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful.

The fantastic customer service I receive from this brand time and time again is what keeps me coming back, from the online team to the ladies that work in the boutique, everyone I have interacted with has gone above and beyond for any inquiry/order.
This is not to mention the quality of every item I have purchased - this is my favourite brand for unique and timeless pieces.
