Nagi Charcoal Chicken

Always happy with the food I love their Parma packs and their chicken and chips. I always recommend this place to my new staff members and they go there and also never disappointed.

Today’s chicken was so juicy! Nagi is one of my favourite chicken shops in melbourne, I come at least twice a week. The staff are ever so polite and hardworking, thanks to them my family has lovely chickens for Christmas! Thank you Nagi!

I have been coming to this place for years but the quality has dropped significantly the last few months. Today I bought a whole chicken and chips and it was terrible, the chicken was obviously a day old and old stale chips were mixed into the new fresh chips plus they were over salted. I won't be coming back.

Gravy was almost clear. Absolutely no taste to it. Normally good gravy but if this is a new gravy definitely won’t be returning.

I moved away from Melton somewhere between 10 and 15 years ago. Very glad to see my favourite chicken shop Nagi is still there and still just as good as I remember. Amazing value for money. If Nagi ever closes down they should bulldoze the entire suburb because there's nothing else worth keeping.

Very glad to see that my favourite charcoal chicken shop Nagi is still around and still just as good as I remember. Best chook shop ever. If this shop ever closes down they should just bulldoze the entire suburb because there's nothing else about the place worth keeping.

Customer service is horrible. Regardless of the food I won’t return. Dark haired lady served me and gave my partner and I such attitude, it’s not hard to be nice.

I used to come here consistently when i was little i loved the food so much, however now-a-day’s im not sure whats happened but the quality is poor, i ordered a schnitzel and chips pack with gravy and the schnitzel was pink all throughout, bland and disgusting i couldn’t even finish half of the meal. I used to rave on about this shop for years but now it has really downgraded. Really dissapointing…

Not impressed with our first experience with Nagi charcoal chicken in Melton. We ordered 4x half chicken packs to share around with the whole family. But found a fly / mosquito? On one of the fries.by then we had already eaten half of the food.
Anyway, no one could finish more than half of the chicken as it was dry, greasy and very salty. The chips were soggy and some bits were overdone, and were over salted. Pasta salad was disappointing as the pasta was still hard and not cooked properly. Finding the fly / mozzie on the chips promptly ended our dinner. We spent over $50 on this meal and half of the food was chucked out. Very annoyed and disappointed. Will not be back.

We ordered on Sunday 2/5/21 just before closing time. Eftpos receipt showed 7.49pm for a total of $52.60. Order was for 2x half chicken pack, 1x Hawaiian pack and 1x combo pack with 4 salads. You were already closed when we saw the fly/ mozzie and we are not keen to return.

Nice juicy chicken, nice chips and flavoursome salads, best chicken shop in Melton. I love it so much!

Always awesome chicken, fabulous chips cooked to perfection and the gravy! Mmmm, I have it all over the hot chips. Garlic potatoes are always good even my youngest loves them. The only place I go for Chicken & chips.

Massive schnitzel burger equals great value. Nothing fancy just a good honest feed when you’re really hungry.

Very friendly staff that always provide great customer service. Food tastes great, service is generally pretty quick and fair prices for the food

They never open according to their opening hours. The amount of times we’ve driven there and they’re closed, when their opening hours printed on the front door state they should be open.

Good chicken and chips. Annoying that you have to pay extra if you want it in a polystyrene box

This fantastic shop offers delicious charcoal chicken which will leave you wanting more set in the heart of the west nagi's is the best charcoal chicken shop going around it will fill the hole in your stomach and satisfy your appetite and tastebuds

Been here in Melton for 1month and this is my ONLY go to for charcoal chicken and chips. Their chips are soooo good and ALWAYS fresh. Love that their food is consistent too. We always have to buy an extra pack or 2 of hot chips with our order. And although it rarely happens, these chips are also really good reheated the next day. (if you happen to have leftovers).

Went here based on other people’s ratings but the Food was Ok. But not satisfied! Had value meal 2. The Chicken was ok but not great. The Chips were pretty basic. The salad tasted kinda old. After eating the chicken, I straight away threw everything in the bin. Spent around $11 for it. Wasn’t worth it. — Nandos for the same price we can have quarter chicken with fries which is satisfying. Unlike Nagi Charcoal Chicken Hence rating single star

I have been going there for eight years onece a week chicken and all the salads have allways been fresh and freindly service all the time keep up the good work nagi chicken thank you.
