Nadeson Shiamala Dr

Dr Shyamala is great in diagnosis but one has to wait for more than one hour from one's appointment time to be called in. And then she is impatient during the consultation because of all those patients waiting outside for her which actually is her fault as her time management is very poor. I have stopped going to her for the last 7 years. My current GP calls me in with a maximum delay of only 15 minutes

First and worst experience.there is no option for negative marking otherwise would have given that

I know Dr Nadesan for 30 years and she is a great sense of humour, only mistake that she makes, spend excess amount of time with a patients, it's good for the patients but for an appointment jobs it's not really. We go there because of that but also important for the waiting patients, kind request to Dr Nadesan that please tell the patient upfront when making the appointment that waiting can be much longer.

I have not seen any other doctors here so I can't say anything about them.

Receptionist: I see the regular once are there for over 10 years, They are also good people but it seems to be they did not have the Australian receptionist experiencehey prior to this. I guess the MD of of this practice should have received feedback about them.
Again a littl kind request to all receptionists, because your room so small the patients are waiting right next to you, they expect your professionalism, answering phones resolving conflicts politely are very important, it's important to have good telephone line rather than saying faulty telephone line and hanging up. It will be great if you are willingne to deal with all complex issues and do not delay to answer the phone calls or call back whenwthe telephoneline drops out, do not turn on answering machine while business hours. I heard so many compliment about doctor, Close to home and very convenient. So i been to that place, doctor seems very polite, respectful and patience focus. But receptionist was disgraceful, Manner less and too laud in front of the patience. She was explaining her life story to the client, Her part of conversation would be like,
She used to be American Citizen, She applied Her citizenship before Her mom But her mum got citizenship of Australia earlier then her. This is just a tiny part of her conversation.
Useless conversation in Medical Centre, Rather then being Customer Focus. Who ever listen to her their turn will come out Early. There was one couple with little baby, they came after me and not even booked appointment but their tern came out early coz they listen to her life story. I waited for 1.5 hour didn't got my turn so we asked our medicare care card and out from the place. I was fasting for my blood test, 11 o'clock i went to different which is 45 min drive from my place.

Sayeda is excellent dr. Very professional, kind and beautiful soul, she has so much patience, very well explainer and satisfactory.excellent knowledge for all health issues.highly recommended.yes one more thing receptionist is very very rude, so much attitude and full of ego, no manners to talk with patients

Dr. Syedda Jabeen is very kind and very professional. Plenty of parking for customers and free off street parking.

But be prepared to wait for an hour at least for your turn after actual booking time.
