Incompetence of the highest order. My cards and internet banking were blocked. No one could tell me who blocked them or why they were blocked. They weren't able to unblock them. Multiple times I was told that I wasn't the primary card holder, despite me being the only person on the account. Multiple times I was told my money would be transferred into my accounts with other banks, but they weren't. I didn't have access to my money for weeks. Hours were spent on hold on the phone and in-person at the branch. NAB couldn't even provide the most basic of banking services: receiving and dispending money. Avoid at all costs.

It does it’s description successfully it has money it is a bank. Bigger wads of cash are needed however.

Information was provided by the customer service was not valid when trying to open a saving account. Have to wait for more than one month just to have a card to be sent?

Lady behind the desk has terribly snobby attitude. Did not provide any helpful information when it came to lost or stolen cards.
