NAB branch

Just wanted to pass on that it was the quickest and most helpful experience I have had at a nab branch. Shout out to Kaira most notably because not only did she fix my initial problem but made sure everything had be completely fixed all the way through before I left. Also she was happy to answer any and all questions I brought up. Super friendly and comforting experience. Thanks 5 stars

Rob and Nathan of this branch were really helpful professional and patient. Although I am sticking to Bendigo and CBA closing my NAB account I found the guys to be positive.

1st time ive been to this bank, agree with all the one star reviews, 2 tellers on when i walked in, one decided to disappear, leaving one teller and 12 people in the line for a 40 minute wait. Although to give NAB some respect this branch is in an out the way place, Collins st melbourne CBD isnt a well known street, its only been the financial hub of Melbourne for the past 200 years, NAB might not be aware of this.on a more serious note this branch is deliberatly doing this to drive customers away and force them to do every thing online, its not an accident what they are doing

Excellent service. Eric was a star. Sorted me out within 10 minutes. Don’t know about all the 1 star reviews, my experience has been lovely.

The quew is endless to speak with one of the personnel. Not much staff working there it seems even though the office is really big.

Come earlier to cut the Q. Great service by TOM… He understand the issue and handle us very well.and, we also help by NATHAN… great service.

Terrible service,
The slowest bank I have ever been in my life.
The queue you have to do for any assistance takes more than 50 min.
You can see even old people waiting on the same queue, there is not even special assistance for them.
Don’t recommend this to anyone.

Very slow service. I have to wait 30min or 1hr.
Need more tellers staff to accommodate more customers.

Would recommend this branch. Taylor was very helpful and understanding. She helped me open my account and tried to helped me with issues I had with my card.

I was in the queue, the guy keep asking me to use the atm and then atm ate my money, now I need to waiting for couple days let them to figure out where is my money, and then I need to back to the queue to do another deposit, not terrible service, them don’t even provide the service

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! I have visited this branch during peak time, and quieter times and the wait is always ridiculous. The lobby reception person tends to always be wandering around when their time would be better utilised behind a counter.

Avoid this branch at all costs.

Understaffed. I had to wait 10min to then be told it will be a 30min wait. Stop closing branches down and hire more tellers.

This bank is helping cause floods and fires by investing in coal. Dumb and wrong investment

The ATM Machines are not working properly. It doesn't accept cash.useless

I waited for an hour and a half and then it took me less than three minutes to tell me the problem was solved, but it would take 5-10 minutes for me to be sure of the result, and then I was kicked out of the bank because she/he was leaving get off work, Then my problem has not been solved so far, the customer service call said that no records can be found, it feels too bad, I have decided to close the last account with this bank, I believe they don't care, after all they are big Bank of!

I waited 30 mins on an international phone call to ask a simple question, When I finally spoke to someone, the responder told me he had to refer my question to another person, at which point I was cut off! This isn't the first bad experience I have had with customer service. As a 40 year plus NAB customer I am totally disgusted with you customer service department-really third world!

After a really frustrating experience at the Reservoir branch Sayed was an absolute legend who went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue quickly, and with very little fuss. Absolute GEM of an employee!

Very incompetent and unprofessional staff. Had to come back 4 times to make my new account work. Had to come back 4 times when needed to change my surname due to marital status. Staff making too many mistakes.

Had the worst experience ever. I should have checked the reviews before I go there. I went there for a bank transfer and had to spent more than 45 mins. One made a mistake and took off for lunch handing over the case to someone else. They had 15-20 people waiting behind me but none of the staff bothered to care. Please avoid this branch at all cost. I would take all my home loans somewhere else. Utter disgusting customer service.

Is it a barn? Is it a fast-food chain? Apparently it's a bank! Do yourself a favour and bank literally anywhere else.
