"NAATI CCL is a complete rip-off. I recently took the CCL test, and it was an utter waste of time and money. Not only do they not provide any exam topics beforehand, but the test communication dialogues are in a fluent and native LOTE language that no one speaks in real life. The test is designed to fail, and it's impossible to pass even for teachers of the native language. It's evident that NAATI is just a money-making scheme that preys on unsuspecting test-takers. Save your time and money and stay away from NAATI CCL Test! "

I wish I could give minus stars, 4 months waiting for the results of my test, which was supposed to be sent to me in September, received today after emails and phone calls, only to receive an enough bad grading so I couldn’t pass, comments like good communication skills but low voice projected, hesitant? Come on, this place is beyond the joke, no customer service at all, no follow up, the course approved by Naati was ridiculous, no teacher for almost half of the course, so it was a hurry at the end to make up for the classes missed at the beginning, everything involved with naati has always been a terrible experience, the first exam they took even longer, the assessment that should have been done in December was only given in March, I am a Portuguese Speaker and Fluent in English, and I received a better assessment about the English than my main Language. No wonder there is so many bad reviews about the exams, I should have read the reviews before I decided to do this exam

Poor customer service and the system is totally confusing.
Customer agents are sleepy when ever you call.
We dont have another option same so we have to wait.

I don't know what happened to other reviewers. In my case, I called NAATI VIC office to ask them to send me another copy of accreditation. They provide clear instructions and that is really helpful.

I called NAATI VIC office for transition of my accreditation from the old system to the new one. I received the soft copy like a month ago and am still waiting to receive my stamp. I called NAATI and they told me that they sent it to the wrong address and it would take another month for my stamp to arrive. Very ineffective and slow process.

Very disappointed from Naati services in melbourne. After paying hundreds of dollars to naati and receiving unprofessional attitude is not fair at all. Naati should take immediate actions to improve its procedures. If you can not accomodate test takers then please start some new business and stop playing with our future.

Slow procedures with strict marking for a test that is worth $800, the marking criteria for the test for languages like urdu is so strict that its hard to pass even preparing for months.

Needs to be responsible as they are dealing with international students. I booked a test in June and was given date of December.
$800 is also too much in comparison with service they are offering.

Naati victoria is not at all capable of running portfolio they are handling, they are taking lot of time for simple procedures, they take weeks and months to reply to simple queries asked, the test dates takes months to book and there is not single date for the result and it takes few months as well, truly needs an improvement.

NAATI Vic. You seriously need to update your policies and procedures. The process for CCL testing is too long. One of many issues is that you don’t get answers of your questions and department seems to ignore its stakeholders, especially the CCL test takers.

Very disappointed with what students are complaining about, after their immigration point system judged by naati test system, they should have increased their efficiency otherwise should have decreased the passing percentage or fee for the test.

Very poor service, they are just making money out of this pathetic testing service. Their service and grading system is out of world. Worst experience ever specially in Urdu language.

Poor customer service. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional, rude, impatient and unhelpful with clients and interpreters.
I just read everyone’s feedback about the poor customer service of the receptionist specially who answers the phone calls, and realised I’m not the only one she was rude with.
Please do something about this issue if you recepect your clients

The reception is VERY unhelpful, and their job process is so MESSED up.

I entered a course in June 2017 and graduated the end of 2017. I send my completion letter and transcription and everything they need to them in May to get my certificate accredited in May 2018.

However, I didn't receive a single letter/email from them for 2 and half months (as they promised the accreditation is gonna take roughly 4-5 weeks), and it is not even make me angry before I called their Victorian office.

A receptionist name Richeal picked up my phone said I did not finished regardless all the document I have uploaded to them, and they are waiting for the answer from my school as they send Email before to check my course status (which was proved false after I called my institution and they said they did not receive anything from Naati office) and then talked to me like 3 mins interrupting my speech all the time and all she saying is 'there's nothing I can do'.

I swear I talked polite and nice and English is not even my first language, I didn't even push them to do anything, all I was trying to say is if there's anything happening they should send me an email as every other student (which is impossible since I keep being interrupted by the reception). Can't believe this Richeal got angry for no reason, and hang up my phone.

That's all I want to share.

I mean it's non-sense if they got my official completion letter and everything and still need to prove if I finished the course, what a waste of time!

And I know maybe lots of people was trying to push the reception but I'm not one of them, why this Richeal lady so upset to me? I would do some angry control before I working next to the phone.

One more thing I cannot understand is their phone line supposed to start service at 9: 00, but actually start in the afternoon. Those people just lazy or absent.
