Over priced at $11 and scarcely any meat or pâté or sauces so it’s a very expensive cucumber and carrot roll. Don’t bother.

Grabbed myself a Bahn Mi as I was in the area. The roast pork was delicious and came out so promptly. Prices were a bit more than I’ve been used to, but still so enjoyable

Had a great tofu bánh mì, as well as a Vietnamese iced coffee, and both were delicious! Great combination of flavours, nice crunchy crust on the bread, and ample filling. Very friendly service too.

Banh Mi price had gone up right from $8.50 to $10 - a sharp 18% increase just like that, ridiculous!

Very disappointed with price hike. A fortnight ago, it cost me $8.40, and today it went up to $10 for the same. That’s gouging! Won’t be going there now.

Disappointing banh mi: (Pate smelt fishy, chilli was all in a single bite and the crispy pork was fatty and lukewarm. The one on Smith St is miles better!

Staff need to be 100% accross what's in their products, asked what ingredients were in what looked like a cheese and bacon roll and she said only cheese and bacon. I asked if onion or anything else was in there just to clarify and the answer was no just cheese and bacon. After biting into i noted there is onion all the way through it so thank you so much for riuning my morning as i will now be unwell. Also what kind of bakery doesnt sell rolls yet has them lined up on the shelves? Not a bakery in my opinion either. Perhaps a name change and staff education is required. Wont be returning.

This place used to be great always a line out the door but was happy to wait, however changed owners and went down hill fast. I have given them a few chances since but walk away disappointed each time. A few things I found irritating was they microwaved the chicken obviously from day before. I also asked for no chili or coriander they added both.only minor but ticks me of as they now add the meat on the side of the salad not below. Bad customer service and they always seem rush with long waiting times despite having a lot less customers than they used to.

Stopped in for a brekky bahn mi and coffee special. Had to wait a hundred years for my coffee while my roll went cold: (Brekky bahn mi good in theory, but didn't translate. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE a good brekky bahn mi, but this one was sloppy, oversauced and ordinary.so ordinary that even though i'm starving, I had to stop eating it halfway through to vent my frustration by writing this review.

Best banh mi in town! Spring rolls are amazing too. Be sure to try the crackling pork on Fridays.
