Should have left review a week earlier, went there to fix my laptop. Explained everything and was distressed+anxious as I needed the laptop to be fixed ASAP as my assignments were due. But the brother was really lovely fixed it quickly and my laptop has been running fine after without crashing and freezing again. Many thanks

Went to get iphone screen fixed, my phone is getting a msg that its not an iphone screen inside. Do not trust them.
They don't let you pay by eftpos, they only take CASH. Don't take your phone there to repair. They are rip off & put fake screen inside phone. I am surprised that people don't realise what they are doing.

DO NOT GO HERE! They damaged my iPhone even further than it already was, did not seal the screen down properly I could literally see inside my phone and added on services that i never asked for AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT? !? The worst part of it is that after all this I took my phone to apple and found out all my original apple hardware had been replaced with cheap alternatives. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DONT GO HERE all these 5 star reviews are all their own family, employees and bots. Stay safe everyone.

Just had my screen replaced after dropping it. Great friendly service by the two guys at the kiosk very helpful and explained what was needed. They gave the phone good clean and it’s like new. Very happy with the results. Go see these guy for a fair price and great service

WORST SHOP AND SERVICE.they put a faulty product in my phone and did not even refund despite of giving the receipt the very next day

Be nice if the guy told me upfront a simple phone screen protector was $30 before saying "I'll put it on for you right now". Rip off. I know how to apply a $5 sticker.

I bought a back protector for $50 dollars for my uncle but unfortunately he didn't like that, so came back after 8 minutes there and asked for refund but they denied, they should know each and every shoppers have the refund policy but they have their own fu.policy.they were giving me a voucher which was not useful for me. Two girls working at front they doesn't know anything and manager wasn't ready to speak with me, its totally disgusting and i am not go back there.
0 customer service, not helpful.

My phone’s charging port was not working. The guy told me that it can take upto 24 hours but I explained him that I can not leave my phone with you overnight as this is my work phone. He understood my situation and got my phone fixed the same day at no extra costs. Highly recommend!

I came in today, and they were able to fix my phone in 5 minutes brand new and all! Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Paid for a new screen by cash in Dec 2021 because they wanted cash instead of EFTPOS as payment (very dodgy). After 2 months the screen was coming away from the phone due to either screen or workmanship quality. Took it back for repair and I was told they would replace for $50 as I could not produce a receipt, and even though I could come up with the date and the cash withdrawl receipt from the ATM located 20m from their store, they would not accept this.

Furthermore, they would not even check their records for a copy of my receipt to which I could provide a date and time as they stated they have 'changed systems' and could not produce one.

Be very careful with these guys, I won't ever be back for their services.
