Took my phone in for a screen repair, which was done very badly. Phone wasn't out back together correctly and phone stopped working within 24 hours. Took it back and it was repaired again by a different person. Phone stopped working again that night. Rang them and was told "it was the wire from the battery to the screen that was loose the entire time" and they refused to repair it. Took it somewhere else and turns out the first person to repair it damaged the motherboard connector! Will never go back.

I was looking for my tablet case and i haven't find that from any shop when I visited my touch Repairs they didn't only showed me a lots of varieties of cases but gave me in reasonable price. I personally recommend this shop.

Amazing service! I accidentally dropped a drink on my phone and the screen completely stopped working. I was so worried and about to buy a new phone all together but I thought I'd just see if I could get it repaired first. I took it to Mytouch Geelong where they were able to completely fix it for me and have it working again like new and for a great price too! They were so helpful and nice I really appreciate it. I also got a new case and screen protection which has kept my phone safe and secure ever since! Great quality and service!

I took my phone in to get some info for my phone to be careful cleaned. Instead of listening to me, the guy took my phone, ripped case taking it off, after repeated requests not to, he then "cleaned it" by just rubbing the screen a bit and then giving the phone back to me with the case broken. The case being broken has now resulted in a broken screen and now I've got to spend a lot of money for repairs on top of replacing a $100 case. He then ignored me when I tried to tell him he has broken my case. This person is not the owner, neither is it the one who knows what they're doing.he has done a terrible job and I am not happy. And because he didn't charge me, I have no proof of service. I do not recommend going here if the owner is not present. I'm never coming back here again.

I had a lovely lady try and fix my phone after attempting a lot of times because of the issue with my phone and the model it couldn't be fixed but she was amazing and so helpful the whole time, she also kindly gave me an amazing price on a new phone, case and screen protector. I would give this place 10 stars if i could thankyou so much for everything

Asked to fit a genuine pixel screen. Was charged for a genuine screen. The screen broke less than a month later and was very poor to use before it broke. Had it repaired by another person and they identified it as a cheap aftermarket unit. Not happy.
