MyTouch Phone Repairs Brimbank

I went to this place yesterday because my phone charge was playing up. I took it there because i thought my charging port was stuffed. I told the guy what was happening looked at it put it on charge for about 30 sec and goes yes its charging port and it wil cost $140. Said i would think about it because i thought it was a bit expensive.
I went to get another quote.turns out it was NOT my charging port i was using wrong charging cord. Another place put it on charge for 20 min and he said nothing wrong with!
Said he would have charged $90 if it was the prt.
How riduliculous!

My phones touch stops working they fix it up for me just in minutes for free really appreciated highly recommended.

Brother didn’t charged for servicing the phone which wasn’t turning on after it fell from bed. God bless

This was a terrible experience as we were scammed since my battery on my phone went down in a second and it did not before.

Great customer service my phone's volume wasn't working they fix it without any charges however the other places were charging $80 really loved it and highly recommended.

I had my iPad screen repaired and a few days later the battery went down from 100 to 1 in 1 hour. They steal your batteries and then sell them. Don’t buy or else you will be scammed.

Great customer service! I broke my headphone jack while it was in the phone and it was stuck in there, I took my phone to these guys and they had it out in 10 minutes free of charge! Other places quoted $30 for the job not guaranteed, these guys happily done it for free I recommend them to anyone needing repairs

Just repaired back glass of the iPhone.laser tech used to remove broken glass. (standard). Well they fixed the glass but since then my flash won't work. I used it the day before the repair.it stopped working since the repair done.nothing could be done.one of the guys said I had to replace my camera! It costs 250$ for what! The damage done while being repaired!

Amazing service with amazing rates got my screen fixed from them they fix it within 15 minutes plus gave me the glass protection for free highly recommended.

Haven’t been able to use my device for 6 months due to being stuck in recovery mode regarding its update of the new software. They were able to fix it within two days time just before university begins!

I was in fact pushy when it came to needing my laptop for convenience & the price, however I do acknowledge that it TAKES TIME to repair any technological device, so apologies to the employees.

All in all, the employees KNOW what they’re doing and they charge you with REASONABLE prices, no more or less.

The man that dealt with me on the night my laptop was fixed was very friendly and made sure if it was to what I wanted. Highly recommend him

Two weeks ago, had an iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch screen replaced. At the time I was asked to pay part cash part eftpos.iPhone screen bubbled within a couple of weeks. I took it back to the stand at the Brimbank Shopping Centre and was told they don’t guarantee their work or materials and I had to cop it. Therefore the ‘Buyer Beware’ review.

I had some iPhone issues and went to see the guys yesterday. Was served by a very polite young man and in the end I walked away with a new phone for a fantastic price.very happy with the service that I got!

Would not recommend. Purchased a phone case ($45 cost) from here which cracked from a small drop (approximately 30cm) only 2 weeks after purchasing. When I went in store to discuss my options I received very poor customer service. He became very defensive and hostile instead of offering a solution or simple explanation (if nothing could be done). Disappointing

Not happy experience with my touch I bring my phone in for a screen replacement and the Face ID was working normal. After they change the screen it stop working it say to move up and down and after a while say fail do not recommend my touch
Also got a iPad replacement from them change the screen and it is not original lcd the colour was different
