Partner's iPhone got ran over god knows how many times on a main road, was smashed to bits. Took the phone to Kerry; knows her stuff, somehow brought the phone back to life at a reasonable cost, within a day I might add. Value for money right there, highly recommend. Thanks again

Good service, however only give you 2 months warranty and now I know why. Got my battery replaced & screen fixed around 4 months ago. It’s not good quality and has a mind of its own a lot of the time

Got my cracked phone screen replaced in just a few hours for a reasonable price. Anu was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I am doubtful that my old phone battery was replaced with a genuine piece as advised at POS but, apart from this, the service and the assistance was outstanding and was highly appreciated.

I’ve been to this shop so many times and always dealt with an amazing named Anu.

Having two young kids there’s a lot of smashed screens and Brocken iPad/iPhone cases, as a repeat customer on a regular basis I do feel like I’m getting a great deal as well as great customer service.

We always get a “hello” if we’re just walking thru to do some grocery shopping.

Good service and reasonable pricing.

My screen was badly cracked and the LCD started playing up. I looked around and most places had a turnaround time of days.

Mytouch repaired my S9+ in just over an hour (even though he said it would take longer)

I checked the Samsung website for a guide on repair costs and calculated a figure I thought it would cost.

The charge from Mytouch was very close to the figure I calculated so happy with that.

Have been to the Williams landing store twice in the past 5 months, new battery installed in my iPhone July and had worked with no problems since. Battery life has worked as it did before problems arised. In addition returned to the store today for additional purchases -competitive pricing and good direct service, highly recommend this store and will be utilising their services when required.
