Broke loudspeaker when repairing screen. Tried to charge me extra to fix it when I went to pick up. I refused and left with a broken loudspeaker. Took it to another repair shop who confirmed it was very likely they broke it when repairing the screen. Cost me $60 to repair, lots of wasted time, broken phone for a few days - AVOID!

The best repair shop, I replaced my oppo screen it’s working excellent with warranty as well, staff is friendly highly recommended!

Tried to charge me $500 to fix my screen before he had even worked out what phone it was. This was even though the thumb print reader wouldn't work with the new screen either.
Clearly thought I was a chump he could take advantage of.

Replaced cracked iPhone X screen, without hesitation and 10 minute installation the screen was replaced. One day after the screen cracked by itself without phone being dropped. Obviously tells me installation was not done well, whether structural integrity of screen was compromised. Returned to ascot vale store and attendee will not even consider looking or replacing, simply saying screen was self damaged and not covered at all for warranty. Terrible experience. $200 for screen replacement and now I need to find another store to replace the screen again.

Just needed a screen replacement - but after it was replaced (and I was without a phone for almost a week for them to replace it), I had to take my phone back 3 times with a different issue each time. It still doesn't work properly now because they took a small part off the proximity sensor when they replaced the screen and now the screen stays black when I make a call, so can't change it to speaker, or choose any options/use the keypad during a call. Oh and they don't let you know when your phone is ready for pick-up, you need to keep chasing them up.won't be going back or recommended them to anyone else.
