The team at Mystic Mountains Ski hire were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our experience was smooth and hassle free. Their prices are the lowest in town and the equipment is well maintained and in great condition. I highly recommend.

We dropped in. Because we were having trouble finding snow boots to buy to fit my partner. Coz he has a locked ankle. (We thought we could get some form another place we previously hired them from but couldn’t) the staff here were so great, nice, they went above & beyond to help! And with this we was able to find a perfect pair of boots! Thanks so much!

Lovely folks and customer service here. We reached there just ten mins prior to closing and they were already attending to a packed bus.

They were very courteous to us even though we ended up stretching their closing time. They gave us great options and also advised that my partner and MIL jackets were enough and not to rent there.

Will be happy to go back next time. Highly recommend

Rosemary was lovely she helped us will all our needs. I pre-booked our hire gear so when we got there she had all our items ready for us. I ordered a size too big in the one piece snow suit for for the kids and she changed them for the right size. She took the time to serve us and made sure we had everything we needed. We hire our snow gear here every time we come up to Lake Mountain. We will keep supporting them. Prices are also reasonable and clothes are nice and clean. You will not be disappointed. Helpful staff giving demonstrations on wheelchain. Had to shorten our 2 day ski trip to just 1, and the staff gave refund for the shorter rental period

Friendly staff and takes your stress off the selection of options. Best for me was the ability to book ahead (snow chains can be Pre-booked but they refund the $1 deposit and don't charge if the weather on the day doesn't require them)

Booked online and on arrival was advised snow chains were not required for our trip on Sunday 19th.
Could of just said nothing and taken our money!

My family and I booked all our snow gear online.
When fillling out the order form i ordered skis, the incorrect size thermals and boots only to find out there was not enough snow to cross country ski.
Upon arrival the team at Mystic Mountain ski hire happily swapped the skis for tobogans and got us kitted out in the correct sizes.
On returning the hire equipment we where given the remaining balance back into my bank account.
There prices are much cheaper than the ski resort prices.

Lady was so wonderful, but sadly the two drinks that we purchased were about a year out if date. Both drinks! Ice tea and lemonade, was very yucky

Great price and friendly staff. Rosemary took the time to explain how to fit the tyre chain and get all the family members fitted with snow gears. After a tiring day, we went back home and left our belongings at the shop. Next day, I called Rosemary and she took the trouble to deliver back our stuffs. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended to use this shop.

Very nice and helpful, knowledgeable staff, very fair prices for hire equipment, we always stop here for our hire snow gear and equipment and will be returning next snow season too!

Highly recommended ski hire for those who are looking to go up to the Lake Mountain Ski Resort. We had to bring our booking forward by one day and staff members were very friendly and helpful about it, no questions asked. Gears were of high quality and very well maintained. They are definitely the best ski hire around the area and we will definitely return again next season!
