Always love a trip to Dahlsens Mitre 10 Myrtleford. So many great products. And fantastic helpful staff to assist with whatever your needs are.

Refused to price match a product that was 25% cheaper in a major competitor. Practicing price gouging in a smaller community with more limited options is predatory and simply unacceptable. Was told "management wont let us do that". What sort of backward retail practice is this? Bought the product online from a competitor and saved even more, will never set foot in this store again.

Frank is an absolute legend, he went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!

Times have been hard (2020-2022) and getting supplies of timber have been sketchy but I've been able to usually source what I needed so be it with some substitutions depending on their supplier.

Given I don't have the means to get long bits of timber myself the delivery service is indispensable and a very reasonable cost. It would cost me as much or more to get it myself especially taking time into consideration.

I've found the staff (timber department Myrtleford) to be friendly and knowledgeable.

Been more than happy with the timber that's been delivered.

Only gripe is.wish they had their line of timber online with the prices.

Have bought 35*90 treated pine, 45*90 F17 hardwood and it's all been great.

Store staff simply discriminated against a person who was medically excempt from wearing a face covering, and was refused entry. Dissapointing to see such ignorance.

I haven't shopped here, but have delivered goods here many times. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Only hardware store in town, great staff price and availability are ordinary. Trip to Wangaratta to get the price, and they know it.

This local business employs local staff. The prices are competitive, and the staff are helpful, well informed and seriously friendly.
On the rare occasion that they are out of stock, or don't stock what I'm after, I can place an order. I'm advised by phone when my order arrives which is within days.
The staff here always offer to help me to my car with purchases. This is my favourite place to shop in the North East, and I advise everyone to shop here.

The best town in Australia, surrounded by beautiful hills, edging towards the alps. Beautiful rivers within a stones throw, not to mention the numerous creeks. Wonderful places to stop for a feed and drink, going to or coming from. Luv the place.
