Appalling service!
Do yourself a favour and look for an alternative supplier, there's definately one out there.

Amazing in-shop service from Anne! She is super friendly, patient, accommodating and easy to talk to. Fantastic customer service.high praises for Anne! Since my initial purchase of a headlamp years ago, I've purchased several torches and more recently, SAKs including the Pioneer X Alox model, nailcare SwissCard, Compact and Classic SD in the Precious Alox range, all of which I have had no issues with and have thoroughly enjoyed using. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back to purchase again in future.
