Need to replace the flooring in my entire unit due to recent floods. Called in here 07/12 to see what they had and maybe get some information and pricing etc. There were a few staff members sitting in offices around the timber showroom, but not one of them approached me to ask if they could help. Reckon I hung around for a good 10 minutes before I got the message that they weren't interested. I won't be going back, hope you have a better experience if you venture into their space.

We have been using MYM as our timber supplier for the past 30 years. Nothing but praise for their service, reliability and attention to detail. They are a reputable business and we have no hesitation recommending them.

Over the past 30 years (MYM) have had the privilege and honor to work with all the staff at Lentini Homes, from Directors right through to the trades. Nothing short of Excellence, Professionalism & Loyalty. HIGHLY recommended from us all at MYM Timber and Hardware.

Purchased 1.5k of timber. Salesman did not put the per meter price on the invoice, just total (dodgy). When I went home I calculated the price vs Bunnings. MYM was 19% more and the quality was low. Lots of twisted and bent material. Gave them a call to rectify. Advised to keep or return it. I went back to return and the salesman tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Ended in getting all my money back after an argument. I would not recommend this mob due to price and quality. EAD!

Peter D is an absolute Gem to work with, Thank you Panayiotis for making our renovation as smooth as a renovation can be!
Peter is really responsive to phone calls and emails and nothing is too much trouble when getting a quote or processing of the order. Really good guy, and an abaolute asset to your company!
Lastly we dealt with MD Joe, who is also really wonderful - honest and polite man.

Dispatch delivery driver is a dil when it comes to items being delivered to carpark.

Service is always excellent. Always some to help you out. With all building materials that you require.

It was extremely disappointing to find the deliverer a strong misogynist and sexist person. He was shocked to find there was only a woman at home and repeatedly asked 'if there was a man' to help. I was then told to 'go inside' because I 'was a woman' and 'couldn't help. ' This was deeply insulting, disrespectful and sexist.
Furthermore, I called my male partner to help and the deliverer agreed to his suggestions straightaway, proving this was an issue due to me being a woman.

The receptionist Melissa was very helpful and friendly; overall the process was very smooth, but being a woman I would not order for delivery as you will recieve someone who is unprofessional and disrespectful.
