The team of three from Myhome arrived on time, did the tour of the house with me to familiarise themselves with the scope, then got straight into the job. They really did the detailed cleaning that I was hoping for, and worked hard all day until the job was completed. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. At various times they checked in with me on the quality level. I was very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone. We were doing a moving clean of our 5 bedroom house.

Friendly staff, but they hadn't really been trained or equipped. I paid $700 for a "deep clean", but I feel it was little more than a quick wipe down of obvious surfaces. Neither toilet was even cleaned. No grout was scrubbed. Cobwebs untouched I documented my complaints with photos and asked for a partial refund, but this was refused. They returned for a second free visit. They have a process where they strongly recommend you to be home, and they ring to ask if you are satisfied with the job before staff leave. I see what they are trying to do, But it felt like I was responsible for supervising. I had to show the staff how to move a couch to clean behind it. I had to show them how to locate cobwebs and remove them. I repeatedly had to show them obvious dust they had missed on chair legs, picture frames etc. The staff dutifully cleaned the spots I highlighted to them, but didn't go beyond that: they didn't check behind other furniture, or look for more dust. When the office rang to check if I was absolutely, completely satisfied with my remediation clean, I reluctantly just said yes, I didn't want to go any further, because I didn't want to waste any more time with this company. My $700 is gone, because I foolishly didn't read the reviews first. My bad decision.

Extremely poor cleaning of windows and the company uses foreign students & not qualified window cleaners. When I went to the office and complained Regarding the poor clean & service, I was physically pushed and threatened by the owner. As a professional female and mother, the physical intimidation and threats were shocking. He is an absolutely awful man. I ended up having to report the matter to Boroondarra police. I would give this service zero stars if I could

The cleaning team that came to our house are amazing. Eliza and Lucille of Myhome cleaning have boundless energy and approach each task with skill and such tenacity for detail. Not only are they highly skilled in what they do, they are a delight to have in our home, polite and so cheerful all the time. The girls bring all of their cleaning products and equipment with them and take away any rubbish. Our house smells and looks beautiful.
We could not be happier with their work and their “can do” attitude. A big thank you.
