71 Be prepared to wait forever to see the doctor. Why bother make an appointment if you never get to be seen on time? They charge $10 for not showing up, how about deducting $10 off the bill for making you wait 40min+?
These doctors need to learn time management better. I’m visiting a GP center, not an ER. I want to be seen at the time I booked, not an hour later.
Very very frustrating!
A couple of reception staff are rude. Negative experiences all around. Podiatrist was not very experienced.
Even after COVID regulations were no longer mandatory this medical clinic continued with excessive measures like making patients wait in the car. I had young babies at the time and had to wait in the car for over one hour with a sick child with no apology on entry or exception made to wait in the huge reception area.
I will never go back to this centre.
Disappointed because we have previously had great experiences at my health centres in box hill and doncaster but this one is terrible
Total joke of an appointment system. You may as well be a walk-in. Why book any appointments when they run over an hour late anyway.
Not very good. Some Doctors take too much time to call patients.
My last visit was with Dr Ryan O'Rafferty. He call me after 40 minutes of my original time.
They insisted to charge me $2 for a mask, which I accidentally forgot to bring. Good job my health Point Cook!
I just got my flu vaccine today. And they charged me $60 in total with the doctor consultation fee included evn doctor didn't see me in his room the nurse just gave me the injection. Even though i call them yesterday in the clinic and made sure via the receptionist that how much they are going to charge me in total and she said only $20. And today they charge me $40 for consultation that didn't happen and for the injection $20. That is not fair for people who are working so hard. I would have done it from outside they only charge $20 from outside no consultation fee nothing but they made sure on the phone yesterday that they are not going to charde me the consultation fee. But they charged me today. May be thay don't have proper knowledge and they don't have communication with their own staff. It is just ridiculous experience.for me
Very grateful for the kindness & high standard of care my wife & I receive from Dr Khan. He is pleasant, thorough & takes the time to explain things fully
The clinic is modern & the waiting area spacious & comfortable. As in any practice delays occur at times but usually we're seen in a timely manner
Staff are pleasant & efficient but I would like the mask mandate for patients enforced more consistently. Also, Reception staff need to set a good example by wearing masks &/or wearing them correctly
This one star is only for Dr Olivia. She did not hear me at all. She speaks a lot before hearing you completely. Then she did not bother to inspect the blood, heavy mucus and pain in my nose and concluded it's hay fever. Suggested to take antihistamine everyday.
On being asked if this could be something else because you haven't even looked at it, her reply was 'Believe me it's hay fever'.
If you want to book an appointment book with Parul Solanki. She is the best here.
Very disappointed at the range of charges recently introduced. I actually am happy to pay for a Doctor however if you have fees you would expect the practice would be a bit more polished.
Doctors appear to not care at all about ehat the patients are saying i have been with the same issue three times but my doctor acts like he has never heard it before. Read my case notes its all there.

Worst reception service. We were booked on wrong day by receptionist.very very poor customer service. Money got deducted the on day of booking and when I canceled the booking they said money will be transferred in 35 days. Poorly managed.
Pathetic medical practitioners who never give proper advice or treatment. The whole bunch is passable
I am quite a new patient to this clinic and I have to say that Dr Angel Fu is one of the most kindest and compassionate GP I have come across. I have had another appointment with another gp at this clinic whom was rude and very blunt during my consultation. I am so glad I found Dr Angel Fu I cannot recommend her enough she is the epitome of what a practitioner should be; knowledgeable, compassionate and personable. Thank you Dr Angel Fu
It's the worst place to be in. The receptionist are not helping nor friendly. Dr are actually not helpful with your needs they just simply wants you out immediately.
AVOID AVOID AVOID this clinic, esp Dr Surbhi Aggarwal, all she cares about is making money!
When I started writing A review I had a look at the current rating and there were NO surprises. I then went on to reading feedback behind those rating.no surprise there as well. Doctor's might be good but the management/reception staff is incompetent and inefficient. They don't respond to emails, do not call back. I am still looking for a refund back from them. There are many other better clinics in the area.
I needed to make an appointment today and was fully booked.
However the receptionist called me back to say there was a cancellation so I could go!

The doctors are nice but even after taking a appointment I had to wait for more than 20 minutes I wouldn’t recommend this clinic that much if you don’t have patience and are in a hurry.
Receptionists are incompetent in their work. My antenatal care had been delayed by 1 month due to their incompetencies, they were unable to fax my referrals correctly to the hospital. Finally had to go down to hospital myself to deliver the paper.
Didn’t liked the way they handled my health situation. Will never come back here again. I advise to go somewhere else
Not helpful either anyway. Needed important prescription but reception refused without any making any effort and stated your Dr are not available so book an appointment 2 days later.
Booked online tele appointment 2 times. They never call back on time. I had taken 30 minutes break from work to take appointment but they never call. Also whenever i go there always have to wait for 30 minutes even if you booked in advance.
