The reception girl was extremely rude and arrogant. She was showing big attitude when talking to me through the phone on the 17 Oct in the morning, and when I requested to speak to someone in charge instead, she claimed that she is the boss which is definitely not true. I hope MR Liu can take this matter seriously and give response back to me.

My issue isn’t with the Dr’s here, I’ve always had great service. However I called to get my prescription resent to me, I missplaced the paperwork and was still charged $51 for a “phone consultation”. Ridiculous.

Money hungry and terrible reception and administrative team, always horrible customer service too

Usually the doctors are really nice here but Dr Souravi Saha is very rude and speaks to you in a condescending tone.

Horrible service and you’re treated like a number not a person, the level 3 clinic is still better the blonde receptionist there is just a mean person

Dr. Gwendolyn was exceptional in her approach and expertise, providing a level of care and services beyond our expectations. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions and provided us with personalized advice that was tailored to our toddler's specific needs. Her warm and friendly demeanor made our toddler feel comfortable and at ease, which is always a top priority for any parent.

Been sent another persons record via e-mail with all the confidential personal info, medicare number; DOB; mobile and address. Replied e-mail to advise that i was the wrong recipient and ask them to treat patients info with care. Never got a reply, looks like they don't care. If you want your personality info end of landing in someone else's inbox, then this is a perfect place to be.

I just saw Dr Ameer Shehab and he is such a caring doctor! Very professional and went out of his way to resolved my skin tag (which is the 2nd issue I brought up during the appointment)

Great new practice. Dr was very througher, and checked over everything. Was able to book appointment easily.

I would give zero point if I could. They are so mean to their patients no respect at all. I lost my wallet and i want to make sure by running to check in the car. I asked them to wait for 3 mins because my car was parked just a mins walk. And they told me to choose between lost the queue or go to check my wallet. My eyes full of tear because I told them I am sick and wait for the queue for many days. Can I just run to my car for 3 mins and they said no way. And.the way they talk was very rude. Very bad service and people feel bad when they get sick, this place make you feel worst and make your mental health getting worst too. Dont come here. Worst GP ever

I have seen a couple different doctors in this clinic. Dr Kamale was amazing, very informative, great communication and listens to his patients 5/5 stars. BUT, I wanted to see a female doctor - I have seen two different female doctors in this clinic. The first was not very helpful. So I started seeing Dr Saha, who has been extremely rude, poor communication and lacked empathy with her patients. She rushed me off our phone appointment after a very sensitive topic with zero information. Fortunately, I have good health literacy but I am concerned for her other patients. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone!

Two receptionists are very rude and worst I have ever seen for far. The female one name is Suzan, the other male one is even worse. I had very bad experience with him las time. It seemed these two ones didn’t improve at all. These two ones treat patients without any respect. I was very curious why they still work here.

Not happy with this centre at all. The pathology is terribly slow. The nurse takes 20 minutes (!) to take a blood sample from each patient. I went there for a blood test twice on different days, but gave up and left without doing the test because of the long wait.

Both times Ive seen the GPs there have moved to work at other clinics in a short period of time, and no one told me they were "training GPs", didnt notify me about their leave too. Quite disappointing how the system works, even their app is glitchy. Now all my lab test results and medical info.are all stuck there. Quite unorganized even though doctors are nice.

The clinic is fine and all the GPs are good. But the pathology is very terrible. Strongly not recommended.

Most of the doctors I have seen here are really good but today my appointment with Doctor Anthony was shocking. No bedside manners, down right rude, condescending and dismissive of my health concerns. Borderline racists!

I have dialed half an hour to book an appointment. No one answered! Don't what happened to them.

I asked for a script for 100 tablets of medroxyprogesterone which I have taken 2 tablets a day since 2019. Dr Erica insisted this supply will last me 3 months and kept insisting on the same when I told her it will only last 1.6 months. Is it that difficult to count 100/ 2 / 30 = 1.6 months. Can someone do the maths and tell me I'm wrong.
. Dr Erica insisted its 3 months supply again and again though I tried to explain. NO IT ISN'T ISN'T IT SIMPLE MATHS my goodness ITS MY FIRST TRIP TO THIS CLINIC SHOCKING IM LOST FOR WORDS. I ask for 2 repeats as I have a busy work schedule but she won't give it because I'm new to the clinic. I'm a nurse myself there is no trust at all so SAD. Shocking
