I just had appointment there. My doctor was good, but the point is they just added the out-of-pocket money as a mixed billing which I didn’t know about it so it’s so they charge me extra $20 which I didn’t know had that thing.even the receptionist ask me about insurance but they didn’t talk about out of pocket money. But in other My health clinics there is no mixed billing.there wasn’t any sign about out of pocket money too so after I finished my appointment they asked for $20extra beside $39.75 which is shame, I would not go there any more.

Poor management, I have visited plenty of time and I always have to wait to see GP. But this time they made me (a patient) wait for more than 30mins from my appointment time. I am sure you guys know the value of time, it have value for you so do for us. Very disappointed

Me and my husband both see Dr. Warburton. Our constitution with Dr. Warburton were excellent, she is professional, knowledgeable, and was always helpful and informed.

I got an appointment immediately. I arrived at the time given and I was seen within 10 mins of that time. I was pleased with my consultation Dr luxman was very friendly and professional

My Private GP - Dr Harewood has been nothing short of brilliant with helping with support and guidance with me battling with Type 1 Diabetes and a Compressed Vertebrae Fracture. These physical struggles have effected my Mental Health and Dr Harewood has always been there as a support network. We are both able to have a laugh and chuckle which I feel is an essential part and terrific characteristic of being a successful Doctor. Much appreciated and highly recommend Myhealth to others.

My parents highly recommended Dr Luxman for a minor procedure on my toe, really appreciate his professionalism and expertise along with Tiffany the nurse. Highly recommend and really appreciate their help:)

Upon arrival I had to wait 5 minutes for the receptionist to look up from their screen to greet me. I saw doctor mamta about something quite embarrassing and I tried to break the ice by cracking a few jokes and being friendly (basically doing her job for her) Doctor wasn’t having any of it and made no effort to make me feel comfortable. I even apologised to her for having to examine me, to which she didn’t reply, no reassurance. She then sent me to the “lab” I was given a urine test to return the next morning! So, I came back the following morning with my urine test as instructed… THE CLINIC WAS CLOSED! I even saw the opening hours sign on the front of the door… Saturday CLOSED. So why on earth did she tell me to come back? Tried calling to leave a message… phone hangs up! Absolutely terrible communication, false information, rude customer service. LADIES if you need to see a doctor about something personal DO NOT go here unless you want to feel shamed!
Also what is up with the television in the waiting room? Had a slideshow presentation of someone’s holiday photos… bizarre.

The receptionist really need to be taught to be more courteous. I wasn't told that the doctor is not available and once I went for my appt the receptionist very rudely told us the doctor isn't here and appt is canceled, when asked why I wasn't informed she said they wanted to. Then they rescheduled and I wanted to cancel it but I called three different times on the same day and the day of the appointment and no one picked up the phone after being on waiting for 15 mind or so

The reception lady was having bad attitude and very inpatient. She didn’t wear mask on probably and even eating while on duty. Ridiculous. If you don’t have patience and very hungry maybe should stay home

Staff is extremely rude it baffles me how someone working as a receptionist can be that rude. I did a telephone consultation with Dr Menaka Weeraratne and was meant to get a script. However, did not get it for hours because she hasn’t signed the script and had left me waiting in chemist warehouse for 2 hours. Their staff always calls me early in the morning for a “catch up” appointment? At 9am on a Saturday even after telling them to not call me on the weekends. Their respond to this too was very rude. Worst clinic ever, do not recommend.

I booked appointment with dr mamta for my son. She was so rude she thinks she knows everything and other people are mad my son got pollen allergy she refused to check my son and said me to go for covid test even I told her he got pollen she was so rude, she don’t know how to talk with people. I will not recommend her never ever.

Dr Andrew Harewood is so knowledgeable he is on point with his diagnosis and is just a wonderful man very honest, decent, trustworthy and Professional in every aspect

Very poor covid responses.
I missed a call on Saturday, they are closed on Sunday and when I called first thing on Monday they said i needed to schedule a phone appointment with doctor to find out results later today- a money grab for additional appointments with doctors. They send messages for appointment booking confirmation but not covid results- the receptionist said they used to send text messages for covid results but stopped it a month ago. I've waited 2 extra days to get results. Another doctor called me back after i scheduled an appointment and asked me what I would like to know, even though he was very professional, it was another doctor who i hadn't dealt with before and didn't even know the reason for the appointment. He advised the test was negative but it caused me 2 additional days of unnecessary anxiety. Very poor covid response system at this clinic.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this clinic and staff are! I came into the clinic late Monday afternoon as a walk in, I had been at the shopping centre and suddenly felt really sick and started having horrible pain in my back and flank, I wasn’t a patient of the clinic (I am now)
So I wasn’t sure if I would be seen or not especially given it was the end of the day, as soon as I walked in and asked the receptionist if there was any chance of seeing a doctor and explained my situation, straight away she kindly got the practice nurse to see me, the lovely nurse looked after me so well and went and got the doctor who also treated me so well! I really appreciate how amazing you all treated me, especially the lovely practice nurse and Dr Rick Lowther! Dr Lowther did absolutely everything he could to help me, I am home now and I am feeling a lot better and it’s all thanks to you Dr Lowther. I will definitely be returning to this clinic:)
I have never written a review before but I had to share how thankful and appreciative I am with the high level of service and treatment I received

A long-term patient of the clinic, I was refused a repeat prescription, as the only doctor on duty had not met with me before and had no appointments left for the day.
I advised reception that all I required was a repeat - as I'd been using this drug for years, and practice records would show this. Again I was refused and no future appointment was offered.
Thus, given past arrogance and ignorance by reception staff, I will be seeking another regular clinic.

And you have the effrontery to state in your mission statement. "providing an exceptional experience for all patients"!

Interesting. The excuse used in your reply was NOT the one given to me in my call.
Does that mean you forgot to mention that in the call, (I'd have thought that was pretty important, and relevant)
- or was it fabricated to look good on the internet?
And let's not forget last year when I urgently needed to let my MIL's doctor know that she was only days from passing away, your receptionist asked when told that information. "oh, is it important? ".

I have a bad experience at The Glen clinic. The receptionist is not friendly and no customer service attitude at all. I was in pain with injured right shoulder and asked if I can see a doctor, she flatly refused an said the next available for me is 9 hours late at 7: 30 pm. Without any comforting words or try to help in any way. I ended up going to another clinic and they offered great help. Bad experience with this Myhealth clinic at The Glen, don’t recommend for anyone to go there. Dissatisfied patient.
