Since arriving in Melbourne, I have been seeking medical treatment at this clinic. Because I have a serious underlying disease that has not been cured for decades. Since arriving here, under the careful treatment of Dr. Chen, my severe lung disease has been effectively controlled. Dr. Chen is I customized a medical plan, which brought me back from the brink of death several times. I dealt with the stubborn disease with the final trump card and won the battle.
A famous saying in my Australian life is that the clinic is my home, and the GP is better than my mother.

I am happy that I find this clinic. The doctors and staffs are helpful and nice. Dr Esther is lovely

Good Docter clinic, my fav Dr Frank Ng have become my Family docter for 4 years now, with all due respect please attend Patient ontime, Panctuality would be more appreciated, its not fair for people who come on-time they have to wait more than they expected time. I understand patient have extra time to discuss their problem but they should not book short time appointment. I hope you can organised your patient for every visit Dr, all the best!

Myhealth Box Hill has been my go-to clinic for the past 5 years. I am seeing Dr Frank Ng both chronic conditions and ad-hoc issues. He is professional, patient friendly and compassionate. Dr Ng has become a very busy doctor over the years, but I can still count on other doctors if I couldn't book him or when he is away. Many doctors in this clinic have additional language ability which is helpful to those whose are not a native English speaker.

There are so many reliable doctors in this clinic, especially Dr Andrew. He gave me a lot of lifestyle change advice and helped me to prevent diabetes. I’ve never met thorough doctor before. I really appreciate with his effort into me.

Worst clinic and worst front desk I have ever been.
The front desk ladys are mean and judge you with their finger.

Long wait and terrible GP. 1.5 hour late GP call me Took our baby there and the GP was very rude and condescending even not properly check the baby She only prefer chines people strange lady. We will never take our baby there again. Also it was hard to communicate with her because her English and Mandarin are both terrible.

Dr Frank is the best GP I have ever seen, he is professional, friendly and helpful. The receptionists are friendly and caring too! The best clinic I have ever been to, really appreciate it.

Thank you so much to the doctors and staff at myhealth, although they are always fully booked they were kind enough to put me on a waitlist and I still managed to get an appointment in the end, I am extremely grateful for your help! The doctors i have seen in this clinic so far are really thorough and dedicated to looking after their patients, in particular special mention to Dr Andrew, who not only gives great advice but is also really gentle and has good bedside manners. Good doctors like this are few and far between and I couldn't appreciate all of you more. Thank you again for looking after me.

The experience is horrible. The reception asked me to wear mask even after Victoria State Government has declared the end of pandemic. They declared patients must wear masks to see the GPs, but not providing one for convenience. Moreover, the schedule is really not working at all. I booked at 12.15, but only got see the doc after 55 minutes wating.

When I booked for the normal consultant yesterday, it didn't show the doctor for vaccinating only in the website. I received the call from them this morning, and they told me the doctor for vaccinating only. They also told me all other doctor are fully booked today, and I have to change my booking. It just wastes my time, and they should call me yesterday or show the doctor for vaccinating only in their website when I was booking. Worst experience I have in my life.

I had booked a Telehealth appointment earlier today and was sent a confirmation text message as I was not feeling well enough to go into the clinic. Patiently waited until 5pm for my scheduled appointment and received a call from the receptionist advising me that I could not speak to the doctor because I had not been to the clinic in over a year.
They had 6 hours to call and confirm/reconfirm my appointment and did not do so, instead advising me to reschedule when I simply needed a medical certificate as I was not well enough to work.

If I had rescheduled then I would have not been eligible for my medical certificate dated today.
I asked for any other solutions, and she said sorry were closing soon, contact other clinics near your house. If there were clinics near my house then I wouldn’t have booked the box hill clinic, now would I?

Terrible customer service, especially when your staff cannot even do their jobs. If I could give them zero I would.
