My family have been visiting this medical centre for many years, Dr Hasan Abdullah is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and kind

Excellent clinic, clean and efficient. Reception staff are very polite and can't do enough to help you with your query. My Doctor, Dr Adikari is an excellent practitioner, very caring and knowledgeable. Nursing staff are also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with this clinic, i give the clinic 5 stars.

I find the clinic always in good spirit and the services I receive. Sometimes rge appointment is not a scheduled but that's not a problem as you have to understand that there is always someone who needs more attention than yourself.

The receptionist are so kind and helpful, this morning she went out of her way to help me fix my mistake and made sure I was able to still see a doctor even though I offered to reschedule. I also appreciate the doctor to be kind enough to make time to see me. Every doctor I’ve seen so far has always been helpful, I’ve never been disappointed coming here.

Visited Dr Jordon Barker
He listened and was supportive of my concerns instead of dismissing my feelings. My regular practitioner had just said, ‘see you in six months’. He was patient and considered and discussed the options available to me. Highly recommend Dr Barker, very professional.

My entire family visits Airport West Myhealth clinic. Front staff are polite and helpful. Doctor Noel is great human being always ready to assist with a smile. Checks patients thoroughly without rushing. 5 starts from me to Dr Noel & everyone at Myhealth Airpot West

This clinic has the worst app for patients. My Practice App is so bad, it simply doesn’t work. Don’t even know why this clinic can’t get a decent app that works.

Do not recommend this place. Doctor was no help, just brushed me off and said go see your regular doctor

Couldn’t visit due to symptoms, booked phone consult, got the call at the scheduled time, was able to pick up scripts etc afterwards. Easy and convenient, thank you

Dr Hassan Abdulla is a talented and compassionate physician who truly cares about his patients' well-being. The clinic itself is well-run, and the staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely continue to visit this clinic.

I’m not one to complain but when it’s happened numerous times it’s just unacceptable.
It was the third time I had come in to the clinic to get results and I was told they haven’t come through yet. First and second time were blood results where I was told that they would have to contact Dorevitch to get them. Third time which was today, I was told the report from another health care professional I had seen hadn’t come through even though they had sent it through last Thursday.
Very disappointing and a waste of my time coming into the clinic with no results yet again.

All our health questions were answered and all test that need to be done have been organised. Happy days

Wife was having an Asthma Attack and we walked into this clinic because it was the close and open at 8am on a Monday. They TURNED HER AWAY.clearly don't care.

RUDE! We all understand the challenges of being understaffed, especially during busy periods, and having to put up with abuse from patients/customers. But yesterday (4th Dec 2022) I went in as the first customer, with no intention of assessing the service, as there was no reason to given it was not busy.

They successfully managed to be rude throughout the whole session of my visit. From showing me attitude, to the delivery of their tone, it's not what they said, it was how they said it. The nurse even tried to correct me on the spelling of my name, then blamed it on the doctor's referral, AFTER she double checked the spelling. After she was done, she even made me wait, then suddenly turned to me like I was supposed to read her mind, “You can go now. ” She clearly planned that just so she could say that.

But, why? What’s the point in making everything so tense? It is amazing how they managed to make such a simple visit such a failure during the 9 minutes I was there. I said thank you loudly upon leaving and the girl sitting further away at the reception desk was nice enough to respond. I don’t blame them as something has made them this way. It’s the manager’s job to investigate and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Sad to add another bad review to the long list.

I have been to this place 3 times.
Dr. Adhikari is Friendly but felt rushing and can't get things done in one go.
Taking long time to get completed vaccination checklist for Uni.

Incomplete serological test form, ultra sound request etc. May be because of rushing.
Multiple visits can be avoided if doctor Could pay a bit more attention to details.and allow a bit more time.

This clinic always seems to be understaffed, they don't have enough doctors or receptionists or nurses. Most doctors are good, and are happy to help, so are the receptionists, there are a few exceptions to this case.
Some doctors aren't great they'll refuse to prescribe anything if it is not my regular doctor and minor inconveniences like that, some receptionists do their best to help, some are stand offish.

Every time I walk past the clinic the is only one receptionist and theres a huge line waiting outside the clinic. Even calling reception takes forever, you have to hold the line at least 2 times before they can take your call.
They are so understaffed, they even decline emergencies? ! Apparently Dr's don't stitch at this clinic? ! Last week they were understaffed with nurses, the week before it was doctors.

My son needed a last minute walk in appointment and this centre made room for him immediately. The receptionist was kind and professional. I am so impressed. Excellent care and advise. The doctor was really lovely. And now there is one less person clogging up the emergency department unnecessarily. Thank you

I tried this clinic for the first time last week. The doctor was helpful and professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, on first visit I had to wait 2 hours past my appointment to get in. Second visit was this week and I waited 1 hour exactly past my appointment. I had to leave to return to work. The receptionist booked me a Telehealth call instead at 4: 30pm but the call never came.

So I paid for fuel, wasted over 2 hours of my day with the physical pain I am going through and did not manage to speak to a doctor.

I felt disrespected!

Very poor service. Staff very unprofessional
Was made to feel very uncomfortable even though I am fully vaxed.
Just to check my ear.
Absolutely disgusting.
