I highly recommend this place to go see a dr it was my first time being here soon as I walked in the reception was really kind and welcoming:) I seen dr khalid naushad he is so good explains everything and doesn't rush you like every other doctor I've been to he actually takes his time to listen to you highly recommend him I'll be making him my regular doctor for sure

There are hardly any appointments available. I managed to book one 2 weeks prior. They confirmed my appointment and everything was OK a day before. On The day of appointment, they say you don't have any appointment. I called them couple of times. Evertime they said they will call me back and never returned back to me. It's ridiculous

I am so grateful to have met such a wonderful doctor such as Dr Shereen Goh. Her kind and caring nature makes her stand out from just your average GP.she has helped both my mother and myself and is a trusting doctor who really cares about her patients and their wellbeing.

Need training for their receptionist they ask you to wait on the phone and then forget about you after 30 minutes just hang up on you

Mixed billing, not strictly bulk billing, Doctor was good, reception staff terrible and clueless

On hold for 30 minutes just to try & make an appointment. Didn't speak to anyone at all. Can't book online as a new patient. Phone rang after after 20mins on hold and I can tell someone redirected the call back to hold. Poor service

Dr Dhar is my family doctor and she has been amazing! Very reliable on time and knows her stuff! She is caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

We are very happy with the quality of service we receive here.
The doctor's are very attentive and patient, they take their time to assess you thoroughly in order to give the correct diagnosis and treatment.
The nursing staff and reception staff are professional, caring and friendly.
I usually see Doctor Shereen, she is fabulous and genuinely cares about helping you with your health worries.
Highly recommend.

The doctor was completely condescending and neglectful - until I pointed out the fact that she was discriminating (regarding my age). Treated me as a person who had no idea about my current condition (at the time).
Once bitten, twice shy, as they say. Never again!

Very disappointed with one of their doctors - he said he is not interested in the paper work! Really?

Dr.unable to make an escript & asks me to come in to take it from the counter; what's the point of making an tele consultation then!? V. KEEN ON MAKING OTHER APPOINTMENTS /BLOOD TESTS/DIETRY etc. Most importantly - whats the use of charging me $69 & me getting reimbursed $39 from Medicare. Y not just charge $30!

Good for every day stuff relating to physiology and basic body issues. BUT please do not go here if you have any significant mental health issues.
These guys are not trauma informed and have no clue when it comes to complex and co morbid mental health problems.

I had a horrible experiences with two separate doctors. They were all young, naive and extremely ignorant with the mental health side of things.

Another friend that I have has also had the same bad experience. One with a doctor I also had a bad experience with and another that I had never seen.

Please Myhealth if you read this……. Get with the times and make your GP’s get adequate mental health and trauma informed trainings.

I only gave 5 stars to the pathology lady Paige who takes bloods. She is so professional, friendly and very expert in taking bloods. I can't feel any sting at all. It's just a shame she is by herself so it gets too hectic most times but she always shows a smile on her face.

I highly recommend to book a GP visit here for your family member. Doctors are very professional, friendly, caring and they provide excellent care for their patients. They have great skills, knowledge and experience to diagnose your underlying medical condition and treat you accordingly. They give advices about diet, exercise and general health care to their patients. They do regular follow ups with you frequently and they check on your lab test results as well. Nurses and reception staff were really friendly. Overall its a great environment for a GP clinic.

I have seen Dr Saravanan and some of the doctors of this clinic for long time and I have just one word to describe their professionalism: BRILLIANT. Highly recommended.

I love my gp she is fantastic. However the admin staff are terrible. They wouldn't get the doctor to put something in writing and then they booked me a telehealth with my regular GP to get me to leave because I was upset and crying. When I rang to asked why my GP hadnt rang they told me to stop wasting my time waiting for her. I will NEVER trust the receptionists again after this. The way I was treated was an absolute disgrace.

Absolutely amazing clinic, very modern, doctors were amazing and receptionist were super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

Excellent service from doctors Saravanan, Shereen, Maalini, Ruben and Sara also nurses Anna, Katie and Andrea and Receptionists especially Suranne, Jess and Sarah. Very friendly and professional at all times. Doctors take extra time and care with you and your health in comparison to other surgeries we have attended. Thanks from all the family.
