Me & my family have been visiting MyHealth M-City Clayton for a few years. The whole team has been very freindly and efficient. We have been seen by a few different GPs. Everyone has been so nice and supportive. Our family GP is Alex Mu for whom I cannot use words to describe how professional and helpful he is. We can always trust Alex.

This clinic is fantastic. Easy to book, straightforward process and can always find a booking or be fit into a cancellation spot. Dr Heddi is the most compassionate, caring and thorough doctor I have ever had! Would highly recommend this clinic.

I was confused about the location on maps, so, dropping the way description in here! Enter through the Pharmacy 4 Less and take the lift to floor M!

Book appointment online, carry healthcare card and credit card for the gap payment if you have an overseas health cover! You need to pay $30 for your pocket and remaining will be covered by your insurance.

Reception and doctor were welcoming and elaborated everything clearly and answered all the queries patiently.

Had my appointment booked in at 02: 30. After reaching the front reception and successfully checking in by 02: 26, I was asked to sit down until a doctor was available to see me. 40 mins passed and no word from any doctor but just chit chat from the reception. I then decided to question the long wait time and the receptionist tells me I was late and that’s why the doctors have been seeing other patients who arrived on time. I explained to her that I had arrived early and then she tells me the doctor is busy with something and won’t be long. Not a single apology for her mistake. After sitting down, the other receptionist has the audacity to tell me the doctor is seeing other patients who arrived on time. I think the front reception needs to pay more attention to their patients, know their times and learn to be polite.

Mcity Myhealth is my go-to clinic. Im so blessed that I found Dr. Alex after seeing different GPs around the community. I would like to thank him for his thoughtful concerns in regards to my health. He is very patient and always provides me with excellent medical advices. Thanks, Dr. Alex!

I visited Ellen Zhang for a full eye check and to get new lenses fitted into my glasses and sunglasses. She is by far the most professional, genuine and knowledgeable optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It is so refreshing to be looked after someone that genuinely cares about their clients' eye health and that is extremely thorough in their assessment and services - highly recommend!

The doctors are really good, they are kind and on the time most of the time however, reception takes ages to contact, sometimes you cannot get through at all, they have no email address so you can only rely on phone. There have been times where I have been on hold for so long it would have been faster for me to drive to the clinic and other times where they won't even put you on hold, you cannot leave a voicemail either. It's really disappointing considering everything else is pretty good.
It would also help if their opening hours listed online were correct.

Dr. Nathan Engel is an amazing professional, he took time to listen, to explain and to put in place a plan for me. First time in this medical center and positively surprised by the great care and kind treatment from all employees.

All the doctors are so caring and patient. Can’t thank them enough for all the fabulous support and service they provided along the way.

Visited this clinic for the first time yesterday and had a really great experience. The staff at the front counter was very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is very clean and tidy. I was called in exactly at the time my appointment was scheduled for, which is very rare for most clinics. Dr. Alex was very descriptive and helpful, answered all our questions patiently and made sure we were aware of every detail.

The best GP clinic going around. Honestly, the doctors here are quite lovely and want to know what's happening. I personally appreciated the care they put into my health and well-being. Couldn't recommend higher!

Exceptional service from the doctors and especially the administrative staff. They do bulk billings for OSHC (Allianz in my case) so it save me the hassle of claiming all the invoices which is something I really appreciate. The best clinic I've been to in Melbourne. Highly recommended.
