Although I ignored negative reviews to book for my check-up due close distance from my home. The first impression on phone call was terrible. Staff doesnot know what they are taking for.she's very rude and unprofessional, she needs more training. I dont want to pay for this kind of services. Poor the Doctors here

I have regularly visited this Ultimate Health clinic before MyHealth takeover. Unfortunately, i have to decide to go for other clinics due to the lack of care and knowledge from the customer services. The management team definately need to work better

Dr Chan is nice. However, I will withdraw my patient files from this Clinic. Definitely, will go back to SIA Medical Centre for good!
there is lack of knowledge from the reception, also unfriendly and lack of manners.never explain the cost for the first stage, they just go for the pocket after all, even customer services skill is terrible, can not explain anything properly, all they can say is: " based on our policy ", then what?
** New patient (without Medicare), they will charge you double than SIA, i have asked the price already, would you like to pay $77 or $150, your choice!

I will ensure my 5 family members will do the same and change the clinic for the better services.

Dr Chan Ngo is a great doctor who we have seen my families since we moved here 5years ago. We are not willing to return to this clinic and have changed GP, as the reception staff especially the lady were extremely rude, disrespectful and obnoxious to not only my family but other friends patients In a rude and condescending manner.

This practice used to be an old school practice. Been going here for over the 20 years and the care that was received from the girls at reception to medical staff was brilliant. Dr Wendy helped me through a lot in my life and gave me great care. They are now brought out by a super clinic. You are no longer a person but a number. No care factor from new receptionists is zero whereas the girls that had been there for years knew all their regular patients (they are all gone due to restructure or whatever fluff they told them to get them out) and treated everyone with care and respect. Told the person I spoke to on the phone about the issue I was having and his care factor was zero. I asked to speak with Adriana who was the practice manager (and who also knows me because of my history with the practice) but wouldn’t pass my call on to her due to my health concern (not even the offer of passing on a message so she could call back) because as he said “she is the practice manager”
The earliest I could get in with my usual GP was 4 September and there was a change to see her bc it was deemed an “emergency request”
Disappointed that this practice sold their soul now just like the many hundreds out there
Sadly I now find myself looking for a new GP

Dr Bradford has been one of my fulltime doctors for 3 years now, he is very supportive, understanding and always makes me laugh, i would highly recommend him to anyone.

Worst behaviour from the receptionists… too rude and disrespectful… they asked me to walk in and after travelling all the way to the clinic they said they’ve large number of patients on the waiting list… what’s the whole point of calling over on phone call here.too disappointed from the unprofessional staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Bettenay’s for 20+ years. A very caring Doctor. Actually all staff are great and very professional. Thank you
