I cannot recommend this clinic more highly, the staff from front of house to doctors has always been impeccable. They are friendly, well coming and professional. My time waiting is minimal and all resources needed are on site.

Dr Erica Hu and the nurse Michelle are very great, and very patience. They have provided are very professional medical advice.

This clinic is just amazing, flexible and the receptionist is very polite. Most importantly, Dr. Erica is very knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been taking my 3 months old baby to see her and she always gives a full attention although her schedule is very tight. I’m very grateful to have found a good local GP!

Went to the clinic to have my booster Covid and flu vaccinations. Michelle was most pleasant and efficient in carrying out the procedure

Recently attended for flu vaccinations for myself and bub. The nurse Michelle was thorough, friendly, patient and efficient. Have also seen several doctors here previously who have also been professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent care!

I have been going to the doctors for about six months. I can always get an appointment last minute and the doctors I have seen are nice and helpful as well as the receptionists

Highly recommend here because the doctors and the Phlebotomist all talking both English and mandarin. Especially the Phlebotomist, this girl is very patiently very professional very kind direct the step one by one to collect blood and urine for my old mum who only talk mandarin when i couldn’t beside her. My parents in law and my parents all regularly to see her do blood test by themselves now.

Doctor Erica Hu is the best GP that I have ever meet. She is very professional and responsible. The receptionist are really nice and supportive. There are more receptionist working during the busy time to reduce the patient’s waiting time. The environment are clean and tidy. I am really happy and satisfied with the service here.

I would give 0 star to the reception if I can. They tried to charge me $1 for a mask. But a couple with causation appearance do not even need to wear mask! The doctor is good though.

Very nice GP. Reception is very kind. Pathologist very professional and care about me. She speaks mandarin as well. I will take my mom here for pathology XD

Very unprofessional was on the phone while preparing my blood test saying it’s a work phone call it was not important I heard the conversation it was about confirming work
Christmas party and said maybe I should call her back seriously should off the phone before I came in and prepared yourself. She was not wearing gloves when giving me a blood test an was not 100% focused on the patient I said to her I prefer the left arm and so it wasn’t working for and checked the right arm and said it’s the same and asked again which arm do you prefer I said it always been on the left I have always gone to my health Doncaster never had a issue I changed to Doncaster East because they do bulk billing never have I experienced this before

I give 2 stars just for receptionists. They are very polite and friendly. But the doctor! I better say nothing

The reception is very nice, the clinic is modern and clean. Prefer to book with doctor Erica as she is really knowledgable, patient focusing. Just give you the right advice that you needed.
