Friendly receptionists and GP. The gap fee is reasonable and most importantly, we didn't spend much time waiting to see a GP. Everything was quick and easy. Great location too.

Been a patient here for a while. The staff are welcoming and doctors knowledgeable. Happy to pay for the premium service.keep up the good work.

My 8 year old boy fell and had a deep cut on his chin, went to Doncaster My health and after waiting for half an hour, was told there was no doctor available and to go to hospital emergency. Could have told me when I got there instead of keeping me waiting.
It was around 5 in the evening, my boys were hungry, and all I got was sorry no doctor available after all that waiting.

I have been seeking GP in this clinic for a 3 years. But since 2023, we need to pay a gap fee of 30 for each visit, however reception staff is very unprofessional, either you booked the wrong doctor. Or cancel your booking with no reason. Even when I arrived on scheduled time, and you have to wait for 40 minutes without a doctor coming out. It makes me so frustrated about the last 3.

We see Dr Peter Song, he is so professional, patient and caring. Clearly and patiently explained all of my concerns.

I especially want to thank Nurse Crystal. She gave my little one 2 shoots and instead of crying she was so happy and proud of herself. Crystal was very loving in encourage my daughter and distructing her with good questions.

Fantastic doctors and front desk receptionist was lovely, didn't wait for long to see doctor.

My Health Doncaster is excellent! Dr Cora Wong is my doctor and the best GP I ever had, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and kind person and doctor! I have been with her for years! All the practitioners are great and experienced on My health Doncaster but Dr Cora is my favourite for many reasons! The reception team are all of them very nice and helpful! The staff are always prompt to answer the phones and bookings are easy via phone or the app. Excellent care as usual from Dr Jason Lee for my bub. Greta the nurse has also always been caring and emphathetic when it is vaccination time for my bub. Would recommend!

Please check your Medicare statements for extra charges. I was charged with so many extra items which I don’t know about. I ask for explanations. Now they send me a letter to discontinue my service and told me I was abusive. Still no answer to all the extra charges. I wish I can show everyone what they charges on my Medicare statement for the last 24 months.

Dr Peter Song is a very caring and knowledgable doctor. I have seen him for years and he can cure my disease every time. Meanwhile, he is very kind and patient to me. Definitely recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Eng Kiat Ang is really professional and full with patience, and he gave us very useful treatments and recommendations every time. Thanks him a lot and we will continue choosing him as our whole family’s general practitioner.

Specific shoutout to Dr Leighton Wong for his empathy and honest approach over the last 3 or so years. It has made a difference, and I hate to direct anymore people to this clinic because it is busy and popular for a reason. Well done to Kelvin and the team.

I have my second vaccination on 26/7 morning, the doctor and nurse on duty are very professional and caring. Excellent service given.

If u have an infant that is unwell, with a sneeze / cough, dont waste ur time there, especially Leighton Wong, cos he wont have hazmat suits to attend / check on a baby

I regularly see Dr Peter Song as my GP, he is thorough and efficient and has a good bedside manner that you'll be happy to go back and see him. He is flexible as he now does a mixture of face to face and telehealth appointments since restrictions and is still seeing his regular patients using technology.
