I walked into myhab absolutely broken from W. A they saved my life taught me how to live again and FIND MYSELF who I never knew! Mick and sherly are amazing and I'm so grateful they took me in! The support workers KATH, KATE, DREW, KARL are amazing they were Wright by myside when things got tough and are the reason I'm still doing great 4 mths down the track. MY fitness and love for life is because of myhab.so grateful for this journey and this chapter of my new life. THIS IS THE PLACE.

I attended the 28 Day In Patient program with MyHab to treat my Addiction with Gambling and couldn't be happier that I was lucky enough to end up being looked after by these legends.

Sheryl, Mick, Ox, Carl, Kathy & Drew are a first class team that provided around the clock care that allowed me to get myself to get my life back on track. I learnt an enormous amount off the team and made friends for life in the program.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough, if you're in a similar situation pick up the phone and have a chat to the team. You won't regret it.

Words cannot express just how amazing my personal experience as an inpatient at MyHab has been. When I checked in for a 28 day treatment program I was a walking time bomb. I had reached the lowest point in my life after 20+ years of total mayhem and self destruction which included constant & consistent drug use and the daily consumption of 1L of scotch & on average 8-10 beers. Sheryl & Mick and the staff at MyHab definitely had their work cut out for them with my case and during my 28 days I definitely put them through more than their fair share of worry and concern but they stood by their commitment to helping me come out the other end a changed man. MyHab inpatient program isnt just a comfortable queen size bed in an almost brand new 2BR apartment with everything from remote control blinds, air-conditioning and smart TV with wifi access. It's a well thought out and planned addiction education program which includes daily routine & activities including gym, meditation, group therapy and most importantly 1on1 counselling sessions with Sheryl who I will be forever grateful to for her commitment to my recovery which even now 38 days clean and sober is ongoing. I now have my family back in my life and haven't felt this good in 20 years. Thank you MyHab you literally changed my life! Xx

I completed a 20 day program at MyHab during early recovery. I found the program to be extremely insightful and I was able to challenge my thoughts and emotions in a safe place. The team that work there have all walked in my shoes, and they continue to be a essential part of my recovery plan as I attend a weekly aftercare evening to help maintain my sobriety. 96 days sober today and only looking forward!

The team at Myhab obviously care about their work and take the time to get to know each individual person to help them dig deep to the core reasons for their addiction. Its all about self improvement through team effort, tackling the mind set about addiction to beat it with many tools learnt in the program. Highly recommend!

I have just finished Myhab's 90 day residential program and cannot recommend a better facility in Melbourne than this one. The facility is brand new. The living apartments were beautiful, immaculate and big rooms with your own toilet and shower. A great variety of food provided with your own selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gym membership at one of the best gyms in Melbourne. Hammers gym. Huge gym with everything you need and all sorts of extra classes ranging from boxing to jui jitsu to spin classes. The staff at myhab were amazing. The owner mick has 20 years experience in the field of rehabilitation and was full of information on recovery and learning how to live a clean sober life. The operations manager was one of the nicest and most helpful ladies I have ever met. A highly professional woman that can provide you with everything that you may need for your stay there. Myhab's therapist Sheryl was the highlight there for me. An amazing therapist with so much knowledge that was able to get me through the hard early weeks of recovery and to get me to believe in a new happy future that didn't involve alcohol, drugs or gambling. I cannot recommend this place highly enough with all the support you get there and all of the support afterwards with there after care programs. The people at myhab are so genuinely helpful and truly care about there clients that I am so grateful to have experienced my time in a rehab. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars!

MyHab helped my son thru three addictions. He did a three month stay and came through the ordeal with flying colours. The support recieved is high standards and on going support is excellent. Highly recommend

I was currently a student on my mental health placement here. Not only was it very educational but everyone including the staff, clients, and managers made a massive effort to include us in what their program is. They care, and care heaps. And coming from a nurse in training, it works. They want to see everyone succeed and have high hopes for those who walk through their front door whether they are a student, worker or client. I expect big things from this facility!

I spent the past 2 weeks at this facility and was amazed by both the staff and the support that they provided, I leave knowing more and feeling certain I am a better person. Thanks Mick, Terri and Sheryl for everything!

Completed 2 weeks of uni placement here at the brand new facility and it was the best placement I have ever done. I have learnt so much about addiction and mental health, it was such a memorable experience I was actually sad to leave! Terri, Mick and Sheryl are all so passionate about helping people they really want to make a difference in their lives and guide their clients through recovery, giving them the tools and support needed to succeed on the outside. Can't fault anything was such an amazing experience full of loving, caring and passionate people!

I just wanted to say massive Thank you to the team at MyHab. We had a family member go through the program as they were struggling with drug addiction on and off for years. After many attempts we were able to get our cousin in to MyHab and he got through the 28 day residential program. It’s been another 45 days and he’s never been as clear eyed or switched on as far as I can remember.
He continually mentions Cheryl and the team but also the brand new facilities which made his stay much easier. He’s regained his love for the gym as the exercise programs were a wonderful reminder to what feeling healthy was like again.
I could go on but let’s see what next few months are like, so far so good

My best friend was looked after by Terry and the care, compassion and respect shown to my friend helped her to find her feet and walk the recovery journey to a free and happy sober life. My family and I are so so grateful to have her in our lives today, sober and clean and living her best life. We are so thankful to Terry and the support staff for making this possible!

This new place was previously operating under another name. I am owed a refund (according to their refund policy) from my loved one’s shortened stay. They wouldn’t answer texts, phone calls, emails; and I haven’t been placed on their list of creditors (in my opinion they did a dodgy!) They have taken my money (and other peoples money according to DayHab reviews). I’m very angry at their lack of morals; lack of integrity; their whole practice.

They’ve (steptoe and son) got the money to do prime time radio commercials. They owe me 10K and other people money. Their refund policy is just for show!
Would you do the right thing and pay peoples hard earned money back. Stop behaving like you work in dark/underground worlds!

This place is an absolute scam. They use to operate under the name of dayhab I myself stayed there and I myself was told to leave by their lying, rude and arrogant manager terry. The company dayhab went bust owing 2 million in debt they have just reopened under a new name. I will and shall be taking this further I’m sure a company that proclaims to care about people shouldn’t be ripping people off. A current affair may just love to hear about this
