Quoted $25 for samsung glass protector, but charged $30 at pickup. Protector cracked first time after phone drop on timber floor.

I came after my warranty period expired they still fix my phone. Staff is very friendly and more professional

Brought a phone holder from here. It broke after 2nd use. Brought it back less than 30 days later with receipt, They will not replace or refund. Not happy, will be going through ACCC.

The guys at MyFone were very helpful with me for two different issues.

First I went in there yesterday to have a new screen protector put on - $40 and great quality!

But when I took my phone home, i noticed my charging port was no longer working! Oh no!

I contacted them by Facebook regarding the issue and they were very happy to deal with it instore the next day, and free-of-charge!

Absolutely cannot fault their customer service!

And while I hope in future there is no reason for me to have to go in for a screen repair - I know that these guys will take care of me should that scenario ever occur.

Be wary of this repair shop. They will demand you pay in cash and charge extra if you choose to pay on card. The repair of my iphone screen is sub standard with poor quality products and at a high price. My phone is now not functioning as it should (battery draining etc) due to cheap non-genuine parts and poor installation.

Met Nizam yesterday, he was very attentive to my requirements and replaced my glass and LCD on my Samsung ZFold within an hour and at a fair price inline with some of the specialist Samsung repairers in the city, therefore, I can definitely recommend Nizam especially when the fellow around the corner at Itech showed little or no interest and told me I would need a new phone.
Had a good laugh with Nizam, he was happy to talk Bollywood with me and to learn of my collection of Bollywood movies especially given my European background-"never fear my dear, Raj is here"- classic line from Shah Rukh Khan.

Harleen was helpful in assisting me with my queries and I highly recommmend her to any1 who needs a poe

Not only replaced my screen with a noticeably less responsive 3rd party one, but deleted my review to protect reputation. Do with that information as you will.

Great place i visited yesterday to get a Case and tempered glass for my new phone friendly staff and even they helped me to setup my phone guys ur the best highly recommend to all my family members

They Put a Samsung S20 screen protector on a Pixel 6 Pro, just to sell me something.
$25 for the wrong products that looks terrible

Imran and his co-worker/manager are extremely talented. They put a protective screen cover on my phone which saved my screen when it hit bitumen. They are very welcoming and eager to help. I’ll be going back to them soon with my other devices.

I came to fix my phone screen that was shattered.
They fixed the screen quite quickly but when I tested it I noticed the speaker was damaged. I came back to solve the issue and they were very helpful and fix this straight away. Thank you.
