Yesterday I went to buy 3 new mobiles & accessories from a phone store in Manor Lakes shopping centre but the lady serving was so slow serving, unattentive & not prepared to negotiate so we took our business to Ikram at Myfone at Manor Lakes. What a pleasant, helpful attentive person to be served by and prepared to negotiate on fair prices. We bought 3 new Samsung Galaxy A13 phones, got 3 screen protectors on all phones and spent time finding us 3 new phone cases. Then today called Ikram with a network issue which he solved in 10minutes over the phone coz we were from Ballarat region and didn't want to go back to Werribee/Hoppers Crossing today. 100% customer satisfaction ️

Terrific customer service. I got a new screen cover last week and 100% my fault I cracked it. I went to buy another and he remembered me and replaced for free. Very happy.

I got a screen protector from these guy last Sunday. I even asked them to fit the screen protector so it was done correctly.by the end of the same day it started to peel from the edges. I thought this maybe because of the curved edge on my phone. As the days have gone on it has come off several times and I have had to push it down.it even moves when I'm using the phone.if you can't supply the correct product, don't sell the dodge rip off.also before you think it's the user, my last one last over a year before any signs of coming unstuck.

Went and bought a a pair of earphones for my phone it cost me $20/=.
Anyway took the home and to discover they were faulty.
Do the next day My husband took them back to be replaced but the guys who work at the store were not very accommodating they have no manners and Ben primitive attitude.
I will never shop at this rude store again.
