Convenient place with friendly staff and a great range of products. Located in a nice corner of the shopping centre but very unfortunate that the store is being closed.

Great bargains as store is closing in few days! Sale is fantastic. Will be visiting a few more times before closure

Love love live Myer Knox City and am so disappointed they have left, don't think I will travel to Eastland dislike the Shopping Centre & hate the parking!

Customer service - hard to find someone who can help you or your just ignored! What happened to customer service? Myers was known for it's service once. Not any more!

I am sorry to learn that this store is closing down. I have been having lunch at the excellent café for the past few months. I wouldn’t mind making a bid for the lego ladies.

Edit: I asked a staff member in that section who told me that the lego ladies are going back to Lego. Sadly they are not for sale.

Edit 2: Hey Myer, when are you going to fix the "up" escalator from level 2 to level 3? It's been out of order for ages. You ARE planning to fix it, aren't you?

Called to enquire on a product availability. Transferred back and forth 6 times between departments and last girl on call hanged up after saying she will "check it on the system"

It's sad to hear this place is closing down and what a shame the lockdown has stop the great clearance sale that Myer is known for. Bring back the basement outlet for VIPs on select dates and count me in.

If Sidney Myer could see what management has done to this store, he would be spinning in his grave.

Not great, EOFY "sales" were just a bunch of broken stock or things that no one would really want anyway. They are closing down soon, I will probably go back to see of they have any decent closing down sales but not holding my breath

Two weeks ago gave Knox Myer a really good review but today the experience was horrible at Clinique in Myer Knox. The staff was rude, ignore me waiting there for 15 mins and absolutely ridiculous ask me to get help from another staff even after I queue up wait for her for another 5-10mins. No wonder closing down soon.

It's such a shame that Myers is closing down at Westfield Knox. It's just another reason to put Westfield Knox out of it's (and our) misery.

Still a good store to shop at the moment while it's open, but I suspect Westfield are already planning on how many hairdressers, nail salons and massage shops they can get into all 3 levels of space that Myers is about to give up.

Yet another reason why Westfield Knox is turning into a ghost town.

Although I don't shop often at Myer its a great store and has everything, just a bit upmarket and pricey for me I guess but they have great sales. Fortunate it's still there, rather quiet and due to close soon in Knox for good which is very sad that such an Iconic store should just be trashed by the pandemic and the ridiculous surge in online shopping. Who wants to shop on a computer, half the fun of shopping is browsing in stores seeing the stuff feeling and comparing and trying on. How can there be any pleasure in online shopping, how can u buy a pair of shoes or anything else that u haven't tried on? The mind boggles. Sure if u need a vacuum cleaner part get it online but for goodness sake don't kill off all the multitude of retail shops and small businesses just to line Mr Amazon's fat billions pocket. That logo arrow/tick thing symbol under the Amazon name, well I've got a different word for that big tick that I cannot use here. BAH!

Very boring and outdated Myer. My least favourite Myer to visit in Melbourne. I guess there is no point in them doing anything about it now as the Myer Knox is closing in July.

I enjoy shopping at Myer Knox, they have a large range of products to buy, and I like the range of children's clothing. It will be a shame when it closes.

Unfortunately this store doesn't have all varieties of products compare with Myer Chadston.
I suggest all Myer stores to upgrade the lightings, Light's quality in all Myers are not good.

Myer Knox is in a desperate need of a make over. However it still has all the major clothes labels, perfumes and home goods. Friendly staff and if you look long enough you can find a bargain as there are discounted goods throughout the store. Worth a visit.

Good variety, but staffing is an issue. Good specials, but generally on the high side for prices
