63Not bad for Myers. In fact I have to admit the Menswear section leaves the David Jones in Southland for dead. Good to see an extensive range of Rodd and Gunn in Myers. Also easy, direct access from Bay road carparks if your plan is a quick drop into Myers than out.
Well stocked for men's women's wear and household. It has limited teen and boys ranges of clothes.
I like Myers stores, quality items at a fair price. Aussies need to get behind them and shop in their stores more or even online otherwise they may not survive these hard times. I miss Myer Dandenong. The malls gone downhill since they shut-down.
Not enough shop assistants helping in the shoe department. Left the store after 30 minutes with still two people still ahead of us waiting to be served.
It is a great store, it has all you need in one place. Lots of great brands at affordable prices.

Went in tonight to exchange a gift I received for my birthday and was helped by a really nice lady in homewares on the top level. I then went down to the beauty department and was browsing around for what to pick for about 10 minutes and then started getting followed by a staff member around the store. She made it very obvious that she thought I was a shoplifter as every other staff member started staring at me. She continued to follow me around and even made the security guard abruptly approach me to ask if I need help. I was not suspicious at all and it made me extremely uncomfortable, I then rushed my decision and choose something I wasn’t happy with because I felt so tense being there. I have never shoplifted in my entire life and I treated the staff with respect but I left feeling profiled and judged. Extremely unhappy with my experience, I understand the process with shoplifters but it should be more subtle between the staff and less confronting especially when I was walking around very normally like everyone else in the store. Will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my peers either.
What can I say about a Melbourne institution?
This store through one form or another has been with me all my life at Southland.
Its the place I go when I want something a bit more glitzy or sheik whether its apparel or appliances for the kitchen.
They have a great range of everything from furniture, shoes, electronics, luggage, I have bought it all from here over the past few decades.
Well spaced out displays, friendly staff, escalators connecting the three levels. And its airconditioned.
Its part of the Southland Shopping Centre complex and utilizes its multi level parking and public toilets.
Practices its own COVID safe system with QR check in.
Hard to say anything except another Myer store nothing different, always handy as it's in big shopping centre
My partner and I were served by an older gentleman in the men's shoe department on Saturday morning and we were very happy with his service, he was very accommodating and gave some great conversation. Thank you!
Clean and someone what stocked.not as run down as the other stores but had a good browse around. 50% on christimas items and suprisingly there was lots of stock.
It's a Myers store! You know what to expect! Over priced, well presented stuff you probably don't need.
The team member who helped me in mens wear was so friendly and helpful. He helped me pick up so clothes and made sure they were all correct.
Good customer service. It was a little difficult to navigate through the store but overall a positive experience.

SORRY YOUR ORDERS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED
On 28th of November I ordered 2 items and choosed offered click and collect option as I did have many issues with Myers delivery. On 2nd December I have received the following mrssage message:
WE'RE SORRY, SOME ITEM (S) HAVE BEEN CANCELLED
Two weeks after, on 12 of December I have received another email:
SORRY YOUR ORDER'S BEEN CANCELLED
We're sorry we were unable to complete your order. You will receive a full refund and this will be available in your account within 3-5 business days. If you encounter any issues, please contact your bank for more information.
I do understand no company is perfect, and every business is going to make occasional mistakes, but I have enough of Myer now, specifically company which they use for delivery. This issue has been addressed to Myer on 3 occasions, nothing has been done about it. I stoped with delivery orders totaly and now they are cancelling my Click and Coleckt orders.
I dont think I am going to use Myer online at all and perhaps shopping at Myer as yhere are many better and reputable companies around.
